SWTOR 7.2 PvP | 2023 lvl 80 - Hatred Assassin - Novare Coast | Fun and close game

- Hey Guys, I am Faltun, Lone Wolf\Solo PvP player. For me the magic happens in SWTOR PvP when i q alone for warzones, i prefer dynamic playstyle, with a lot of moving around the whole map, looking for fun situations and opportunities. My favorite aspect of the game is kiting. I simply love kiting and smart play with both ranged and melee characters.
Playing with a premade usually kills this part of the game, and becomes a rotation simulator, where if you are targeted, you have a personal guard and pocket healer, you just have to care about dealing dmg and nothing else, like parsing dps on a dummy. For me, this removes the fun from the game and I find it boring.
So I try to show you this more technical, smarter, solo gameplay, where I need to utilize the full toolkit of my class and make a lot of decisions based on what's going on around me and on the whole map.

Most importantly note that i am flexing in my PvP gear from 1.0, yeah the gear i wear as an outfit is 11,5 years old. The first PvP gear sets in the game were called, Centurion, Champion, Battlemaster, this is the combination of battlemaster gear pcs with champion chest(better coloring).
I still have some of those gears on my sniper, vanguard and on this guy. I played this 3 specs in the early games when the game came out. Sniper, Sorc, Vanguard. Sadly i sold and deleted some of those, i didnt know its gonna be so rare once :) Literally i was a teenager back then 11 years ago, didnt think too much for the future hahahah
I love haterd playstyle because, its very squishy, have to be very careful and only have 1 cloack, because of the leech strike reset tactical is more important for me. But my favorite part, its mostly 10m range abilities and you can kite with it. I havent played hatred for a while, i loved it in 6.0 era tho.

Installed on steam on a whim and it’s been sitting there for months. Finally booted up and enjoying it. Probably won’t stick around UNLESS the PvP is cool.
So should I stick around for PvP? Is it active enough? How soon can I feasibly get into PvP?

Pvp is active i mean you can get quite fast pops everytime of the day, but the playerpool is not so big, if you are not playing in main time, then you kinda play with and against the same players. Generally in swtor not so many players do endgame activities, the game is full with supernoob freetoplay storyplayers. I think pvp is one of the mist fun experience in any mmorog pvp, but i think its personal preferences. Its less complex that current wow but much more complex than other braindead mmorogs like final fantasy or eso guild wats and you know the 5 buttons mmorogs. Also swtor has quite many bugs which affect pvp sadly. Also there are serious class balance issues but i think that can be found in any class based game, in swtor the current situation is a bit worse tho… i would say if you like star wars universe, and like the base game, abilities classes. You should give it a try, but currently swtor in its worst part of its 12 years life. The game can be learned easily on a basic level, its hard to master tho. To get into pvp and get gear and stuff is easy and fast.

Hi, i didn't play SWTOR for a long time, i thought hatred assassin is weak class. Can you please tell a few top classes for PvP, of course if skill level it she same on different classes. And i sub u, u are very good player, like to watch you

Hey Faltun, I'm finally heading back to the game in May...looking for a good squad to run with..I'd like to do some operations as I've only done like 1 since launch. Like you I'm a PVP head but I'd like a new challenge. Does your crew do Operations at all or it's strictly PVP?
Hey, i dont really have a crew. Our rep side guild is pretty passive, i mean its kinda dead now sady, i dont really have much time to play these days. Also i play in stupid times, like very early in the morning or very late after midnight. i love operations, but game is on life support, you can only do operations with a team and scheduled times, which is pretty hard for many players. finding HM or NIM operations on fleet is kinda non existent.
