    I love how this looks! Any way you have a pattern or an idea on how to make this top without the open back?

    Hi! How should I add the torso lenght so that the back doesnt overlap? Do you think alternating between increase+no increase rows would work?

  • @gabrielasiii

    Great videoo.. However, it's a bit difficult to follow the instructions without a close-up or an overhead camera angle. Could you consider adding this in future videos? Thanks a lot!

  • @graysonlange6119

    for the sleeves when you finished connecting them and did the four rows before doing more increases are you supposed to double crochet around the whole sleeve or step when you diuble crochet into each chain we did when we connecetd the sleeve so when you did the four chains and then connected the sleeve and started doing rounds did you chain those four and then continued to go back the other way (does this make sense lol)

      I think I understand what you’re saying. After doing the row with the chains to make the sleeve holes, the next rows will be of normal double crochets. When you get to the sleeve chains from the previous row, make your double crochets into the chains. Let me know if this helps!

    When doing all the double crochet’s for the neck line are you doing them in the space between the two pillars or are you doing it in the regular way of just double crocheting in the top of the stitch below?

  • @IshikaMehta-g5t

    Is it okay if i use half double crochet instrad for the top because double crochet stretches and shows skin

    • @SarahPrescott-LucyLane

      Using hdc's will change the fit of the top part a bit since they are shorter than dc's! It may work but I would change the fdch stitch markers perhaps do 60% and 40% instead of 80% and 20% if that makes sense!

    I have almost the same measurements as you but I had to add a lot of chain st because it wouldnt go through my head. are my chains too tight? might be the yarn? or is my head too big? 😂

    • @SarahPrescott-LucyLane

      probably just different tension!! or could be difference in yarns lol maybe i have a weird shaped head hahahah

    I think it may be helpful to update the description with all of the measurements needed for those making it for others, otherwise it’s pretty easy to understand
