    I'm 35 and started playing football with the junior team of a small club lately. I haven't played football in 20 odd years. My goal is to not be the worst on the team😂 😂(currently am😳). My only thing going for me is I'm reasonably fit and strong. My hand skills are atrocious though and my kicking skills are only a bit better (played bit of soccer growing up). Any tips on what I should work on outside of training? Right corner back/half back. 6 ft 1. I just want to get abit better so I can play for a few years and not be completely shite 😂

      Hi, thanks for the comment, so id say getting more practice with the ball would be your best bet, i actually have some videos on my instagram that will give you some ideas for skill practice that you could do
