I’m surprised there were no slope landing practice with instructor. Seemed to have a bad lateral 1:1. Maybe it was a tailwind... No shoulder. harness? Seems like LTE would be something that would need to be considered with the 500.
Hey Michael! Yes we didn’t do any slope landings just yet. Mostly we were building engine Hrs to break in the engine. It was a very windy day when I filmed this so a few guys had some trouble but worked thru it! We regards to the 500, I’m not sure. But we are not done and more video will come as well as some new decals for the other branches!
Yes it does ! They are still fine tuning certain aspects of the frame and components that would make the flight better. But still a very cool small bird.
Yes sir. It’s a brand new engine and we just have a few more hrs to get it there. Been flying in the Gulf of Mexico so I haven’t been able fly it much or the other guy has been flying his plane.
Thanks for honoring the Vets! Did 8 years in the Coast Guard and loved flying in the Jhawks!
No problem brother. So happy that people are enjoying it!!
Cool little bird my Dad flew the big brother in Korea.. thanks again from all of us Vet's for what you are doing
Thank u for liking it and more videos to come after we get the engine broke in

Awesome!!!
Excellent video!
Thanks! Enjoy designing it and showing it off!
I love the look of this model. Reminds me of the Bell H-13.
Thanks man! It’s coming along. We still have to do some finishing touches with adding the different branches to the side but it will get done soon!
Reminds me old bell 47
Looks like a blast
Hey Matthew! Yes sir. It’s a treat to fly and proud to show off with our military design.
@@HeliOfaRide absolutely Desert Storm veteran myself.
Hey, Veteran owned I'm on board with that. When my lottery hits I'll be there. Good luck.

Like the 500, but it sounds like they need to work out some more design issues.

Any reason you favor the left seat to fly this helo?
That’s the PIC spot that has the start up controls. It spins clockwise as well just like the Eurocopter
Don’t know what 407 and EC135 HE flew, but they do not turn opposite directions…
Your right. Maybe he meant an EC130. lol. I guess I never caught that when he was talkin about it. Sorry about that
Cual sería el precio de un 400 y del 500
20 hours of hovering??
Yes sir. It’s a brand new engine and we just have a few more hrs to get it there. Been flying in the Gulf of Mexico so I haven’t been able fly it much or the other guy has been flying his plane.
@@HeliOfaRide ohhh I see, I thought you meant this thing could hover for 20 hours straight.
Looks like the helecopters used in Korea for US soldiers.
Sure looks a lot like a Bell 47,........
Absolutely!
The difference in pedal authority is that stupid vertical stabilizer you have put in the road of the airflow...
It’s like a 1960 prop from a rubbish film
Shakes your teeth out!!!
Lol
What a shit helicopter
