The reason why they knew who to put in the gifted class was because those who could hear the question asked over the PA are gifted. Only the gifted students could hear the final question and so only they wrote the answer on the back of the test sheet. I’m so proud of myself for figuring this out.
I felt bad for Pang's bestfriend. I mean he is there whenever Pang needs help. Their friendship is as strong as a steel but then it all changes because of the gifted program.

He can't tell Nac about it and Pang did not also explained it well. It's just a miscommunication between two friends. Nac must have felt that he is being left behind since Pang now have a secret, and they they are used to share everything to each other. Pang has also said something to nac that hit a nerve.
Exactly! If u see to it clearly u can see that he was sad and bothered after he found out the result but it wasn't enough for it to ruin his trust on Pang. But then their argument on the library happened. He was confused, Pang did not explain, he felt played and was like a joke to Pang. But Pang snapping to him “You're not even in the gifted program!” was the one that completely cut it all. You can see the disbelief, hurt and betrayal in his eyes. Pang's words slapped, Pang is a gifted student while he is just a normal, lower one. Those heavy words completely took a toll on their friendship, it was as if the thoughts that the "betrayal" was whispering onto his heart was proven and proven out loud by Pang himself + Wave who slapped him with those insults all over the face (i say sht abt Wave for that). He's always been a character i've pitied, if only Pang could tell him the truth. He was a good and a precious friend to be valued.

new fan of Nanon here after watching his magnificent performance in Bad buddy. the gifted involves very complex emotions and choosing Nanon was really a risky bet but it paid off well! great work nanon! and Pom is so cute but scary at the same time. love him too!
I've heard though that he is well known for being a talented actor, especially in terms of expressing emotions. I wonder if it really was a risky bet or his skills were well established before this series. He has been acting since he was young

It's been a year since I watched this, but the sadness and feeling of regret is still here. Pang and Nac's friendship is very cool tho Nac's jealousy got him. He really treasure his friendship with Pang, he's always there to help Pang even if it's risky (the canteen scene with Ms. Ladda, stealing the test to be with Pang in the gifted program). I think Nac's having a hard time accepting the fact that it's only Pang who got in, also he's kinda disappointed with Pang since he can't tell Nac what's happening in the program. What's more sad is that the gifted graduation has ended, but as far as I could remember is that Pang and Nac haven't fix their friendship because Nac couldn't remember him. A friendship is ruined, and that's a sad reality.
it seems like gmm talents should try act in more mystery n thriller genre.. not just romance 😍😍 salute to the director for making the mystery even more thrilling 👍👍 i wonder when gmm would touch the history genre tho LOL
Rewatching this series made me realise that Pang had already discovered his potential in this episode. He had his hands on Nack's neck and could feel his pulse, and told him to never talk to him again. Nack stopped talking to him after that night.
That fight/friendship-breakup scene had me shook. That top-tier emotional acting. Then made it to the end, just to go back to the fight scene to watch again out of awe of Nanon's acting....and then me realizing what may have actually happened during that scene: 👁👄👁 If so, well played, GMMTV. Well played.
im rewatching this currently and at 5:38 i realised the sameee thing cos after that u don't see pang's friend until he uses his power again. so basically pang wasn't last but the first to show his potential. mind blown.

I just realized now after I watched it for the second time that Pang is the very first gift student who used his potential. He used it to Nac by telling him not to be friends with him anymore. However, Pang thought is some part that he's the last student to know his potential because it is not the same with other students who can see or think their potential. Deym!
I have so much adoration from this series. The screenplay, director's visual, actors, the ambiance and etc. I can say that from the first episode, this is dope! I am looking forward for this!

I guess it is bcoz in life no one would ever care how much you are hurting...despite of hurting you need to make yourself capable without anyone helps..it shows that when you will be hurt there will be no one to confront you...in life everything that you have is you..I can say bcoz I have completed my school and trust me life is more difficult then these exams...
As everyone has pointed out here, Pang used his potential here. And it really hurts to think that maybe Nac would still have been friends with him later had it not been for the potential. Cause Nac is very forgiving till now, and he might have calmed down later. But because of Pang's potential, he believed he never had a friend and that he should never talk to Pang. It's so heartbreaking. I loved their friendship. Their friendship didn't end in the basis of jealousy... *Cries in the corner*

I came back here on ep. 1 just to realize what pang 's power on few episodes pang confused that he has no gift but when i watch again at first ep. He use his gift to his bestfriend nac!!! Ability to command that his gift "dont ever talk to me again! " First command from his ability
im too blind and dumb, just to realized this now. :< Pang already used his potential in the 1st ep, and actually he’s the first ever gifted to do so. Notice how Pang’s finger was placed at the pulse point on Nac’s neck. And then he ordered him to never talk to him again. So that’s why we can see in the following eps. Nac never bothered to talk to him again and he also continued to hold a grudge against him. okay, all this time i thought Pang was the last to discover his potential, but actually he’s the first one to show it .
Well damn, everything is just going downhill. Pang didn’t mean for nothing to happen but nack thinks that they are trying to frame him and setting up a plan. And then, them realizing why they are there and everything, This is what I live for 💀🤚

OMGGG i'm rewatching this rn and then i realized why there were heartbeating sound effects and why Nac just didn't talk to Pang after their fight. Meaning Pang already found and used his potential in the first episode WOAH
I just realized now after I watched it for the second time that Pang is the very first gift student who used his potential. He used it to Nac by telling him not to be friends with him anymore. However, Pang thought is some part that he's the last student to know his potential because it is not the same with other students who can see or think their potential. Deym!
And maybe one of the reasons why Pang thought that his potential is dangerous.
Pang is the first one to manifest his potential without even knowing he did.
I have so much adoration from this series.
The screenplay, director's visual, actors, the ambiance and etc.
I can say that from the first episode, this is dope! I am looking forward for this!

As everyone has pointed out here, Pang used his potential here. And it really hurts to think that maybe Nac would still have been friends with him later had it not been for the potential. Cause Nac is very forgiving till now, and he might have calmed down later. But because of Pang's potential, he believed he never had a friend and that he should never talk to Pang. It's so heartbreaking. I loved their friendship. Their friendship didn't end in the basis of jealousy...

And then he ordered him to never talk to him again. So that’s why we can see in the following eps. Nac never bothered to talk to him again and he also continued to hold a grudge against him.
