I got a really good suggestion for octane's jump pad. Since octane's jump pad is, for me, one of the worst ultimates in the game, i think this mechanic will give it a slight buff. I suggest that there should be a mechanic in the jump pad that shoots you in a different direction other than the direction you're facing or running towards. Maybe after deploying a jump pad, you (octane) can hold the "z" button or the ultimate button on the jump pad (just like looting a death box) and select which direction you would want to be launched at (selection of the direction should be like how you choose a grenade or a health kit). And since octane's jump pad has three sides, there should be only three directions. There should also be an option to turn it on or off (for very clutch situations). Everyone should also be able to see a glow or an arrow indicating which direction it was set to launch someone. This mechanic will certainly give octane a buff. This will be good for very clutch plays, and very smart grenade tactics. I know this is against the physics of the game but I hope respawn really gives this one a consideration. You're a great player and all bro and I dig your videos but honestly as a controller player I feel unwelcome on your channel with how much you act like it's such an advantage. Maybe take into consideration that out of the 70million people who downloaded this game there are tonnes of ps4 and Xbox players as well as people who use controllers on pc. You really don't have to slam us every time you hear the word controller or act like we're so unskilled. Like I said I dig your vids and think you're probably a cool guy but like tone it down a bit maybe. Just my opinion bro but carry on doing you if you feel that strongly about it.
He's right. Average controller player is less skilled than an average pc player, but if you're good at playing controller you have an unfair advantage because of the aim assist (especially mid-range with spray weapons). He gets tilted when he gets killed by aim assist.
@@cantcatchme6749 Aim assist REALLY isn't that strong in this game. The only time it makes a big difference is when transitioning from hip fire spray to ADS with something like a devo or spitfire. Even then, it doesn't help you track at all, one you're ADS you're on your own.
@@OldManShoutsAtClouds That's what a lot of people say, but I still believe aim assist is unfair especially when someone with an unfair advantage strips you of your income in a pro tourney. I'd honestly be tilted about it too if I was a pro.
