Context to understand the lore:
Q!Cellbit who grew up on the Quesadilla Island with his twin sister Q!Bagi, was presumably kidnapped and transported off the island when he was still a child (around his early teens, I believe) and was forced to fight for his life in what is essentially the Hunger Games (quick side note: It would be the first time he'd cross paths with Q!Bad... and judging by Q!Cellbit's trust in Q!Bad, they must have found comfort in their alliance back then).
Either way, Q!Cellbit became accustomed to and morally unaffected by killing and readied him to resort to cannibalism in dire situations...
And his violence was celebrated by the people watching him, creating a positive reinforcement which, coupled with the feeling of thrill and power he experienced while killing, would later on shape his path in life.
Due to this, Q!Cellbit ended up becoming a criminal when he was set free from the Games, killing multiple people and was locked up in a high-security prison as a consequence of that.
He would go on to meet Q!Pac, Q!Mike and Q!Felps there, with the former two being fellow inmates and Q!Felps being a guard.
Q!Cellbit, going by "Cell" at this point in his life, was set on escaping the prison, even if it lead to... "casualties" (that he may or may not have enjoyed).
...let's just say that there is a good reason why Q!Pac is often drawn with a missing leg and while he gets insanely terrified when Q!Cellbit gets mad.
There is a gap in between what happened after this and Q!Cellbit arriving on Quesadilla Island but...
Something or someone (?) made him understand that the path he was walking was harmful to not only others but himself, that he needed professional help... and he developed the genuine will to become a better person.
What or who moved him back then we don't know but...
But Q!Cellbit would dedicate the next few years to going to therapy, resocializing and ultimately, he would start a new life... until the Federation shipped him back to where his roots lie.
And well... an organization that repeatedly abuses and hurts him and his family, that seems to knowingly trigger their victims' trauma responses...
It might just bring out an old "defense mechanism".
Now, Q!Roier...
He doesn't recall anything about his past, nothing at all...
But he has been hurting on the island a lot.
When he loves someone, he pours his entire soul into it, gives them all his trust...
And it often ends with him getting hurt in the process - and he is so used to it that he sadly and bitterly accepts being toyed with, laughs when he is asked whether he's "okay".
But Q!Cellbit...
Q!Cellbit will never backstab him, Q!Roier knows that he means it when he says that he loves him so much that he'd kill for him.
And if Q!Cellbit is killing and possibly eating Federation workers is a thing that his husband deems apt and neccessary, Q!Roier will accept it.
He will have his back.
Federation workers are still part of the Federation after all so really, it isn't that bad either way in his eyes.
That being said, there's something else about Q!Roier...
Notice how he says that he doesn't recall killing anyone instead of saying that he has never killed.
He doesn't deny that he might have in the past, and it creates great foreshadowing for the contents of message Q!Bagi would confront him about later that day/night...
A note, saying that the author, likely Q!Cellbit, remembered the number of a certain someone's solitary confinement cell... followed by a "Do you remember too? [...] *Guapito* ?"
It implies that Q!Cellbit...
That he had met Q!Roier in the past...
In prison.
And if Q!Roier was in solitary confinement, he must have done something truly horrible.
The nonchalance he has regarding all the Federation worker's deaths...
Maybe it comes from the fact that Q!Roier has killed before.
And here's another thought...
And it's quite a jump but...
Q!Cellbit's motivation to become a better human being...
What if it has always been Q!Roier?
Because if Q!Cellbit was so interested in Q!Roier's cell number he must have had a good reason to be...
Feelings, perhaps?

Roier is broken, federation took too many things from him and he is the type of people who dont really show hate, but it is there. He is 100% with his husband without hesitations, he already said that could kill workers on command if Cellbit simply said him to. Even Osito bimbo, the Cucorucho who is his "friend", he was ok with torturing him when Cellbit said, and it was BEFORE Federation took again another thing from him, Richas and Leo.

I actually don't get why people say Bagi's using other people's lore. She came to the island with lore herself. Also, I love the dynamics with her and Roier. For me it adds up to their relationship the fact she's a vegetarian (against killing) and Cellbit is a cannibal.
@cyberclip8468 she actually said to tina on their date that she's not actually vegeatarian and she said that to appear less harmfull which is imo interesting choice to lie about and it makes her have more depth

And I think Bagi is exaggerating, he maybe have eaten hundreds but it was certainly when he was on war, so he needed to eat corpses since theres not much food and water running around.
But in the island? I sincerely doubt he even really eaten the workes, but if so, it was at maximum 3.

The "Como vai andando, queridinho?" Message written on the wall by Cellbit can be translated to "How you doing, Sweetheart?" But it would make alot more sense to an other form of translation, "How you walking, sweetheart?"
Cuz, In his life before the island, He was in prison with Tazercraft right?
And if you go check the "FUGA IMPOSSIVEL" film, you will notice that Cellbit calls Tazercraft "Queridinhos" AKA "Sweethearts" sometimes
And he has also, in his life in prison, Ate Pac's leg, and with that, pac couldn't walk properly so maybe the message can be maybe a 'warning' to Pac.
And that MAYBE after he eats almost all the feds employees, if cucurucho doesn't 'awnser' him or give attention to the situation, he maybe will try to eat islanders. And maybe will start with Pac, because of the message being about his leg.

It's funny to say that he eats workers, because when qBagi finds the bodies they are whole. I think she's having very literal interpretations of the books she encounters. They describe a supposed bloodlust, but it could be related to the fact of killing the workers, not exactly eating, despite being cannibalistic, the workers still seem whole, meta speaking, the ADMS could easily put pieces instead of whole ones.
The body seems to be disappearing, he even canonized that he was addicted to coffee to forget the taste of blood (he stoped drinking it before going nuts)

Cellbit's lore is that he was cannibal that fought alongside BadBoyHalo in a war, then he went to a prison alongside Pac, Mike and JV (another brazilian Minecraft creator who he killed), then apparently he got over his 'eating habits' and was bought to Ilha Quesadilla. But apparently his alter-ego Cell, the one who was aprisioned, is starting to resurface and went on a 'eating' spree.
Also, I could've get some details wrong.

I actually dont believe its him doing it. I think it has something the do with AI entering QSMP now. This way they can impersonate characters even more. Know how they talk, their behaviour, motifs, overhear things from their past, etc. I know there is certain specific things pointing straight towards Cellbit, but I think that’s is. There is almost too many fingers pointing towards him, it is almost too obvious. I doubt because the dead workers look kinda the same as when the eggs got cracked and I don’t believe Cellbit did that to the eggs (even not unconsciously)
The worst thing is that lore tricked us up to not know anything at this point.
Cellbit being Bagi's brother was too obvious too, and I was skeptical about it being really him. But at the end, it was, and this make us confused about if they'll go with the obvious route or no.

Mi teoria es que qroier alcanzo a conocer a qcellbit y qbagi, pues este dice no recordar nada de su pasado pero avaeces no le incomoda el hacho de que la federación haga cosas malas, sin mencionar que cuando murio bobby este dijo que se queria ir de la isla para siempre pero, como sabes roier no a repetido esas palabras y pareciese que le esta gustando mas estar en la isla.
La teoria es que qroier en realidad si puede recordar pero al tener varias personalidades , tal vez una si recuerde que tal vez trabaje para la isla, eso explicaria la conexion y la aceptacion repentina que tiene por la isla, ademas de explicar al misterioso sujeto que le aparcio a cellbit, el cual spoiler era qroier, adi que si creo que queda confirmado que trabaja para la federación.

Can someone explain what is roier's lore?
What I can tell you about his lore and why he's mad at the federation is that they took his egg from him (Bobby) after he lost his second life because of lag. There was hope that they'd give him his life back, especially because there was a whole event to look for him, but it turned out to be their last meeting to say their goodbyes. He was really sad and alone after so eventually he got adopted by Foolish and Vegetta. Now because of that, he is Leonarda's brother and he'd take care of her and play once in a while. And since he married Cellbit, he's now also Richarlyson's father, whom he also spent a lot of time with. But now the eggs apparently ran away, so he's really depressed and has eye bags because he doesn't sleep properly thinking about what happened to them, and thinks the federation definitely had something to do with it. He often straight up says the eggs are most likely dead
he doesn’t do lore that much sometimes he joins in when bagi or someone tells him something and he joins in
but basically he’s slowly going crazy about the eggs and all this drama from what i’m getting
Tuvo un poco de lore anterior a la muerte de Bobby, con la traicion de Spreen y Quackity, adopto temporalmente a JuanaFlippa y Tilin ya que sus cuidadores no aparecian seguido y acabaron muriendo generandole una gran impotencia. Perdio muchas cosas en su estadía en la isla, a muchos amigos (traicion, no conectarse que dentro del lore podria ser que fueron secuestrados, desaparecidos o muertos por la federacion), hijos (huevos adoptados, incluyendo a Bobby, Juana, Tilin), mascotas (traicion de Spreen, a eso eso se refiere tambien con que fue humillado en la isla), hermana (Leo). En lore de otros universos (Chafaland), Roier enloquecio por amor y por ser rechazado, obsesionandose y volviendose sanguinaro (imagina un yandere y joker mezclado), si ese lore es canonico en el qsmp, tendria sentido que tenga tan normalizada la matanza, odio y sed de sangre, ademas de que por fin es correspondido, haciendo lo que sea por su enamorado, por tenerlo feliz y responder a sus necesidades... En fin, Roier cubito en todos los universos ha perdido mucho y sufrido bastante emocionalmente
Hello Roier's viewer here! Of what we know he had gone through had been:
- Betrayal from his close friends: this is the famous "Tacos betrayal", in summary, Roier wanted to start a taqueria with his friends in the first days of qsmp, where he really was invested and even did 1 stream trying to find the tomatillo to make said tacos. He worked really hard and was so proud to show that he finally made them to his friends! The next day Spreen appeared and Roier shared the tacos with him, telling him how difficult it was to get the ingredients and Spreen made a bet that if he could get all the ingredients to make a taco in less than 10 minutes Roier would have to gift him 100 subs which Roier agreed. Spreen cheated by making a deal with The Devil where him would give those ingredients to Spreen and in exchange of him killing the pets of his friends. Roier knew he cheated when Spreen got to him in like 6 minutes with all the ingredients so he refused to pay the subs and called quackity to help him as his lawyer. Quackity got to spreen's side while Rubius whispered to Spreen that he was running out of time and he had to kill Roier's dog already. Roier watching how his friends were going against him, he found it unfair and ran away, or tried. Spreen kills him along with his dog. Next day Missa appeared (Spreen had killed his cat too as part of the deal) and he asked Roier where his cat was and Roier explained what happened and Missa just blamed him and left him alone.
- The eggs get adopted: Roier was really hurt and didnt trust in anyone but he kept that to himself so his revenge wouldnt be expected. When he gets bobby he plans to use him to kill his enemies. There was times where he was so suspicious about being betrayed again that he even threatened bobby to then go like "its a joke!! dont worry". He gets attached to the eggs them being kind of help to heal his wounds...And then Tilin dies, Quackity's child that was almost Roier's as Q didnt appeared as much even tho Roier at first was mean to her bc of having that beef with Q. Also Juanaflippa dies too...
- Casualonas: so at some point Q wanted to kill the eggs and everyone starting planning a set up to confirm this and set up a trial to jail him, thats where maximus and roier make the casualonas and plan to seduce Q so he would tell them what they wanted. The result was: Q getting drunk, saying that he wanted to kill all the eggs and so everyone didnt trust in him anymore thanks to him saying that. Little did they know that THIS was Roier's revenge on Q, and the best part? Q did this all by himself, just as Roier planned.
- Bobby dies: everyone knows how this event shook Roier, part of him died along his little baby. He has pure hatred to the federation thanks to this, before that he even thought cucurucho (osito bimbo) was being forced by the federation and such, but after this he just didnt care anymore and revenge had been on his mind since then.
- Cellbit's dissapearence on his regret arc: this also made his hatred for the federation escalate. He had lost not only his son but one of his close friends to the federation.
- The eggs dissapearance: after some time they being gone, Roier who has already lost the eggs he cared about, thought the best way to cope was to convince himself they were all dead, which had just made him not get enough sleep as he thinks of them and how empty he feels
So thats kinda all the important things I remember, bro had been through to a lot and also said he doesnt have anything else to lose so...who knows what he would do along his husbans against the federation ;)

The direct statement of current activity is Cellbit is consuming hundreds of workers in present time. Which is blatantly incorrect on it's own. And this is not a topic in the conversation. Nowhere within the conversation do they even imply Cellbit has killed hundreds of workers, let alone does Roier "learn" about it. It's just a stupid clickbait title why try to defend it

Concluding that he's killing literal hundreds of workers is wild on it's own, and even if you believed that the characters don't. Still a bad title
