That was one of the funniest parts of the video because those are the memory quest photos for the Captured Memories main quest. They come with the camera rune and Compendium when Purah restores those functions to the Slate, and both she and Impa make a big deal out of them because Zelda supposedly took them before the Calamity. They represent the sites of important story events with cutscenes, and you have to find exactly where the photos were taken from to get the "memory cutscenes" and gradually recover your memory. This is pretty much the biggest story element of the game aside from the Divine Beasts, and Jerma has completely forgotten that it exists.

I think the best way to describe the experience of watching Jerma play this game, is what Jerma said at 16:05, when he says "what do you guys even LIKE???". It is pretty clear he isn't having a good time with Breath of the Wild, and doesn't really seem to enjoy it, which is fine and all, but it just makes me wonder what type of games he actually likes. Elden Ring ig? That is the only game I have ever seen him get passionate with really.... lol
He seems to like it just fine? He's just not a huge Zelda fan, which he said in the past. Nothing wrong with that, and he still likes BotW enough to stream it multiple times. As for which games he enjoys, you're probably new to the channel because he said multiple times how he loves certain games, and played a ton of those as well. Megaman Legends, Super Mario RPG, Team Fortress 2, Bloodborne, Resident Evil 4, and many more.
