try using it on a stand so it has better airflow underneath and use external keyboard and mouse. If you can diy then open the laptop and put new thermal paste on cpu/gpu after cleaning it as that can help a lot to reduce the heat or get it done at a shop but keep an eye when they do it

Temperature of what ? If you mean the pc not much gpu is always around 45 - 57c while playing high graphic games
