Assalamu-Alaikum-Wa-Rahmatho-Allahi-Wa-Barakathoh! Brother, please write "A" the first letter of the word "Allah" capital!

@blank5426 We use the starting letter as capital for special words and Allah is not just a special word but best and most special of words in whole of the universe because it is God's word our Rabb!

This is an issue of dispute. Majority of scholars are of the opinion that they are sinful and commiting major sins. But they are not kafir by this. this is opinion of Imam Shafii rahimahullah. Why do salafis not say that its an issue of dispute and instead make it seem there is no other ijtihad in this matter?

Not every matter of dispute is legitimate
      th-cam.com/video/laTBICnoZGA/w-d-xo.html
Watch entire video, and if there is any Quran verse and Hadith, that say clearly, that the one who doesn't pray, is still a Muslim, that he is still in the fold of Islam please share.
While there are several for the opposite, so now it is demanding anyone give evidence when they say, that the one who doesn't pray is still a Muslim, is still in fold of Islam, from Quran and Sunnah
If not, we say, as what sheikh said, those who make the opinion of their scholar, at a greater position than the clear cut statements of Quran and Sunnah.

@@theguidedpath1 This is the opinion of the majority of scholars and the other schools of thought. only Hanbali school holds this view. They are all legitimate schools that a muslim can do taqleed and follow. The issue is that with salafis if you don't follow their opinion you are mistaken/deviant/don't know evidences.
Did Imam shafii not know these verses when he gave fatwa on this issue? scholars had a different interpretation for these hadith/verses. this is the issue of salafiya and taasub to one's schools' ijtihad

@@MenkIsAMubtadiiDeobandi The clear utter irony of talking about ta'ssub meanwhile holding firmly onto opinion of madhab or so-and-so scholars without giving a single evidence from Quran and Sunnah
“Verily, between a man and idolatry [SHIRK] and unbelief is abandoning [tark salat] the prayer.”
      Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 82
((As for the interpretation of the hadith, tark here means the one who left praying, wether he accepts obligation of prayer or not, because the one who does not accept the obligation of the prayer [he doesnt view prayer to be obligatory], has COMITTED KUFR, even if he prays in the mosque 5 times a day. So that is refutation to those who say, the hadith here referring to the one who 'denies the obligation' of prayer.))
There is no doubt sometimes scholars might differ, but just because scholars differed in a matter, even if they are well-known recognized scholars, does not make them infallible from mistakes because they are human beings, and also does not make the difference legitimate. That is when one returns back to Quran and sunnah.
"Should you disagree on anything, then refer it to Allah and His Messenger, if you ˹truly˺ believe in Allah and the Last Day. This is the best and fairest resolution."
      Surah Nisa 59
Again it is being asked, give a hadith or Quran verse, that says, the one who leaves prayer, is a Muslim that he is still in the fold of Islam, knowing/recognising that there are clear cut verses & Hadiths, saying the opposite
May Allah make us steadfast and forgive our mistakes and shortcomings

@@theguidedpath1 brother imam Shafii r.a didnt give a fatwa without knowledge. Maliki and hanafi scholars didnt give fatwa without knowledge. I dont know all the evidences they used but one of them is the sahih hadith of the man with 100 books of bad deeds who will only have la ilaha ila allah as his good deed for salvation and Allah will forgive him.
if he had prayed salah wouldnt it be written in his good deeds
What I am saying is salafis are having so much taasub to other schools of thoughts or different ijtihads. The scholars dont give fatwas without knowledge

@@theguidedpath1 btw brother are scholars who permit tawassul through prophet muhammad saw wrong?
ahmad ibn hanbal r.a allowed it. Even though I dont do it this is a matter of ijtihad and muslims can follow this opinion and do tawassul with good deeds or through the status of the prophet saw, while also respecting the fiqh ijithad of those who say its makruh/haram.
