The Ohtani chase was emotional, but I think it was more amazing than frustrating...mostly because it wasn't expected to hear the Jays in at 700 mil. LA has to shell out 680m for a guy who isn't playing for them in a decade. A notable reporter won't be taken seriously all winter and we learned how to stalk billionaires. It didn't happen for us, but it was real...and new. Everything after has been frustrating though, but it's looking more like they purposely held off to be in a better spot to make another significant run. Gotta love that. Aside from contract status, The team is essentially the same as it was last winter so it's what they do after a Soto miss that needs to be different...and it should be, since there is nothing left to wait for. (Unless they decide to rebuild) Either way, there will be a lot to talk about and hopefully more to get excited about
hi carte i see you are starting to grow a playoff mustache ps forget about SOTO HE IS A JOKE springer is twice the player ps go get 3rd base left field 2nd base and a catcher as these are the weak spots ps and a relifer

Last year, everyone knew Ohtani was going to LA. This year, everyone knows Soto is going to the Mets.
The bad news No Juan Soto, the GOOD news The Yankees aren't getting him either!
