Sally was a brilliant head teacher definitely better than Patrick.Its not her fault what happened with Freda or hiring Olivia.The school will be a disaster then the Governor will probably be groveling to bring her back.
If you think she's better than Patrick you clearly didn't watch during his time He kept things in order and there was very little scandal and what scandal there was ended up being resolved immediately. Patrick never would have let people like Olivia and the abusive guy Sinead was dating step foot into the school and he wouldn't have been soft on half the things Sally has been soft on, Patrick would have fired people long before they ever had a chance to cause damage

Oh no they can’t can Sally like that just because she stood up for herself and everything that’s happened in the past doesn’t mean she’s a terrible principal. Poor Sally really needs a break but no one ever catches a break including Charlie I really hope that Sally will get her job back as a principal she’s a better one than Patrick was. Also after seeing Ella and Shing Li talking about Hunter and if he ends up working at the school then I have a bad feeling that there’ll be another Student/Teacher secret relationship. 😨

I am glad Sally stuck up for herself against the governor and Sally is great headteacher in Hollyoaks and has always done her best for the school. She is supportive and caring for the kids too in the school.

Our last Head Teacher was the worse in school I went too and let bullies get away with it and they didn't go through all the procedures just because they thought we could handle it ourselves and it was suppose to be protecal. We didn't even learn anything by the time we left we just did mostly sat there and do nothing and not because we didn't want too. At least with Sally she does things the proper way and doesn't let it go over her head. With our Head Teacher. He would bribe one of our students with a tenner or new trainers so she could come into school. It got quite bad he even made a comment to another student that was a bit inappropriate Infront of me. He even hired a Teacher with no Qualifications and had criminal convictions. So basically went down hill. It shouldn't happen and People in that profession should take action.

There has been a lot of problems at the school, e.g., drugs, bullying, fighting, low test scores, a teacher drunk driving a school bus that resulted with a permanently injured student, and hiring an unqualified teaching assistant who used black mail to become a teacher. When you look at these problems that occured within 18 months or so, you have to question Sally's ability to run a school and you can't use unusual circumstances as an excuse. If the Governor looked closer at 2 of the problems he would have learned that the drunk driver was Sally's son and the unqualified teacher who used black mail to get her way was a family member. How can you look at these problems and still say Sally should continue as head mistress of that school?
@@martincurran6432not really. She should be sacked if in those cases she committed Nepotism and stayed on their side but she didn’t. Plus, this whole plan with the school is stupid. Doesn’t matter if the school becomes like a private school or not, there’ll still be something happening. There’s documentaries about private schools where the kids are having sex with each other or getting molested by the teachers

Sally failed to control the drugs flowing through the school, failed at stopping the bullying, not doing a thorough background check on Olivia, not keeping a watchful eye on her alcoholic son when he's working with children and allowing her personal feelings get in the way of a better judgement. If John Paul was not related to Sally, she would have treated him differently. Not to mention, the plummeting test scores. Educating children is a partnership between teachers and parents. The parent’s responsibility is to teach their children right from wrong, as you said, and it’s the teacher’s responsibility to educate and keep the environment safe. Sally failed at educating and keeping the environment safe.
I can't believe people are saying she shouldn't be fired. She is there to do a job and failing she has been trying to be nice to everyone and no discipline if your students aren't passing their exams and the school is at a all time low in pass rates. Sorry Sally you are there to make sure your students have good futures and not have terrible ones by getting them passing. You think parents are going to send their kids to a school that have a track record of passing students no they won't
