The worst part is that cow tongue is delicious. It doesn't taste bad at all. It's soft, tender, juicy, not chewy at all (I hate chewy food) much better than regular beef steaks because it's pure muscle.
Here in Mexico we make delicious tacos with it.

Tbh. I think that's his safe meal. That's why he keeps it around. Cow tongue is pretty good. Go to any Mexican taco shop, it's a fairly common dish.
The "pork jelly meat" is actually called head cheese. It's just pork pieces in a seasoned gelatin. Might not look great but is actually very good (& I'm a very picky eater😃)
James has all the confidence to eat it but not swallow. The he spits it out each time, trying to look bad ass is hilarious 😂. Then Will just eats it all with no hesitation, he remains a legend.
