Employers may not want to hire someone who can only work 20 hours a week. There are local students that do not have this restriction and offer flexibility for employers.
depends on the industry, for office jobs they have conflicts on schedule, so retail stores or restaurants may have more flexibility for students 😊

Hi ! just wanted to ask a question about the 20 hrs per week work restriction is is temporary lifted?
for now it is still on going until end of this year for eligible students
Hello ma’am.👋😊 kababayan po.😊 Quick question po, our class started on sept 5 and we also started our work that time. Are we safe that we started our work just the day as the class starts? Thank you po. Hoping for your response.🙏😊
Yes that is okay. As long as you did not start before your school started.
@@studyliveexploreca thank you ma’am, Godbless!🙏😊
hi! just wanna ask if there’s a lot of students taking license practical nurse ages 18 at norquest college? are international students and canadian citizens combined in one class?
I am not sure how many, I would have to check with Norquest. Yes domestic and international students are usually in one class.
Hi, thanks for all the informative videos ! I had a query regarding getting Permanent residency while I am a student in Canada. What if I am enrolled in a 16 months masters program in Canada and I apply after I complete 8 months of my study program? Is that possible? The CRS points calculator website says that the degree must be completed in part or whole to be eligible for the criteria "Earned a Canadian degree". I also have 3 years of work experience back in my home country and also IELTS General exam in which I got 8 bands. I am primarily targetting the Federal skilled workers program. My total CRS points are coming out to be 504 if I consider that I have earned a Canadian degree.
If you haven't finished the Canadian degree yet, then simply you don't get the points for that yet.
@@studyliveexploreca I see, thanks anyways!!!
