I love these podcasts and just ordered the book! Could you put the videos for the book in a separate playlist to make them easier to find? 🙏🏻

I think an interesting idea for your podcast would be to discuss how this pertains to serving in the church, not just spousal and family relationships. Are there answers to be found to create more understanding and harmony serving in Gods church between men and women? What does feminine and masculine look like in leadership in the church? How do we complement eachother? I would love to hear your thoughts !

Ladies I appreciate your conversation, but with regards to women having natural births. I am so thankful for the medical field and the many women who work in it. Women and children are being protected and saved from the complications that can arise with childbirth.
Personally my life has already been painful enough and I do not feel that I need to go through that extra pain and tragedy by refusing proper medical Care during childbirth. Were it not for modern technology and amazing doctors my son and I would not have survived his delivery.
A few days after his delivery I started hemorrhaging so badly I was very close to heaven in fact I was very close to death. No amount of me telling myself that my body knows what to do what have saved me. And when my husband laid his hands upon my head to give me a blessing he instructed me to trust the doctors. God gave us these doctors to help us through the complications in life.

A natural birth is not for everyone! One of the beauties of feminine spirit is its nuance and the way it allows us all to have our own unique experience. I’m so grateful you had capable physicians for your births! There’s no wrong way to birth a baby. For my situation, it was a beautiful experience for my personal growth to have a natural birth but that is not the same for everyone. So grateful we can each have our own journey coming to know and become like God!

In general I wish women were more involved in each others birthing experience to nurture and care for each other. But, wouldn’t that put the caregiver in a more masculine position?
I see the wisdom is putting less trust in the arm of flesh and all its accoutrements.
More tests, more procedures, more medical intervention is just a profiting machine and puts women who participate in a mode less than what Heavenly Father designed this experience to be.
And we, as a nation, spend the most $$ in healthcare, yet, maternal and infant mortality is at an all time high.
