At that point though you don’t attack with Mutas you just use them to make sure he never gets to expand and you start making ling bane to kill queens and hydras
Eventually you starve him out. His response would be nydus to get across the map but as long as you have banes and lings to kill hydras and queens then the Mutas can kill the roaches
Thank you @Neuro for putting this together for us.
You're the man, Neuro
What would be the differences for the other matchups? That said are the old guides on 2 base muta are still relevant?
Would a partial wall-off with evos at the natural be too much of an expense if you know they're coming with mass ling?
If you know they are ling or bane allining then spining up and walling is good. Otherwise, don't.
I noticed you pull the queen from the main and stop injecting while the lair is making, when do you send a queen again to continue injecting?
2 Base full saturation. 3rd base gives you extra larvae and allows you to transition into macro
What do i need to do if my oponent respond with hydra ?
banes and banespeed. ez.
Do i need to kill my opponent before he get lurkers ?
Muy buena partida gracias por compartir la saludos desde arg
Baneling all in always wins against this
Gr8 vid but a little confused as it is called two base muta but goes three base? Can you explain pls
the third base is only to generate larva, hope this comente as helpful
a lair is made when there are only 2 bases,
normally 3 bases total are down before a lair is started.
If you make 3 spore crawler and have 4-5 queens on each base, this strat is easy to counter in ZvZ
At that point though you don’t attack with Mutas you just use them to make sure he never gets to expand and you start making ling bane to kill queens and hydras
While you expand in the background
