With this design you have the fixings under tension and have to install the difficult to access bottom section (perhaps crossbar would be a suitable name) Another approach would be to weld a plate to the top of the T brackets to remove the need for this entirely, then drilling holes and tapping through this plate with an M12 thread would allow for the facade module to be raised and lowered and leveled, then locked off as needed, regardless of deviations or sag in the slab level. This would take up a little more space between the slab and FFL but should still be achievable in most projects. Of course this would all require final engineering approval but the principle is sound.

this is just very simple demo..........I don't have good machine to render all details...like gasket,glass bead etc...

They use a certain type of brackets in between and then fill them in with a special silicon typed product for waterproofing and sleal I believe
