You need to get good sleep for it is your ammunition to fight back. or no account, take your phone to bed, read a book or listen to a radio play. Start the sleep process two hours before you need to get to sleep. do not drink alcohol it is a depressant it will do you absolutely no good and it ruins your sleep
Take life slowly, it is an adventure not a rush

I actually made it to Siem Reap. A miracle. heading for the ticket office tomorrow to get a seven day pass. If you are her we could meet at the The Red Piano in pub street. I'm there every day...🙂
