Pure Art! My favorite. Another level, only comparable to Dior, but younger and with no frills. The fabrics are stunning. The tailoring demonstrates engineering and femeneinity combined, still managing to make it look organic. This is to be preserved in textbooks for generations. Congratulations to the whole team!
Why didn’t they accentuate the African model’s beautiful lips with red lipstick? They love to down play African beauty by not styling their hair and not using makeup to highlight their features. So predictable.
Some things are fine, but no woman is going to wear those uncomfortable coats and those hideous 1940s skirts to work, and some dresses are unnecessary.
Not really feeling this. It feels old. And, it is time to let go of this big shoulder trend. Its not trickling down and it's not very attractive on most women either. This isn't even 80s shoulder pads but more like David Byrne, Herman Munster shoulders. Even in the 80s excessive pads looked stupid. More time should be spent developing creative cuts, like we saw in some of the coats and a few of the skirts...
