    Helle Tapas. It's the shoes that make you go faster. I did my longest run last weekend 11,5 km, and I did it the same shoes, the superblast 2, and I got a new 5k pb, and also a new 10k pb. It was supposed to be an easy run, but the shoes wanted to go faster. And I'm only halfway through the 5k plan I'm following right now. Next up is a 10k plan and a 5k race in June, my first official race. The goal is a sub 25 minutes for my 5k right now, and sub 55 for the 10k next. I'm thinking of maybe doing a half marathon plan after the 10k, but the full marathon seems so far that I might never get there, the hours of training it will take. So I respect that your goal is to do a full marathon this year🫡 BR Kenneth from Denmark

      Congrats on the 5k pb! You're right, shoes can definitely help me go faster. There some shoes like the superblast that just makes you want to run faster than the normal pace. Can't wait to see you reach your goals for the 5k and 10k! Thank you!
