Seems you need more than 4800kv. There is a Spectrum 2in1 with 6000kv for around 90 bucks at Horizon. But yeah. You would have the same issue of not being able to configure your steering. Castle's Mamba X2 could do both and even go up to 3s speed wise. But the price is around 160 without transmitter. The thing is that personally I like it metal. So my truck will get very heavy and will need some extra power at some point. I still could not decide whether to go with 3s. 3s also requires better battery. GPM got a metal tray that can replace the ESC and battery trays with one long tray. So even a longer battery would fit in.
I made my LMT 4 wheels steer, then took the parts back off shortly after. Just didnt handle right for me. The Mini LMT would be just as easy to make 4WS but after the experience with the LMT, i definitely am not gonna do it with the Mini. I actually havent used my Mini LMT as i am not waiting on that stupid charger that comes with it, even though it shouldnt take long as it is only a 810 mah. I also want to put the setup i have in my Mini B except without an 8200 kv motor. Is a Mamba Micro combo but the combo motor is too big for the minis. I bought a castle 0808 for the mini B. I would prefer a 4100 kv motor and run it on 75% or less.
Why do you say the 4ws doesn't work with the brushed setup? I just ordered the truck and have most of the parts to swap in my cart. I was planning on using a rc6gs and r7fg. Any reason it won't work?
What other radio and esc would I be able to use and do 4 wheel steer. I’m building one of these for my son and don’t want to fully break the bank on a radio he might break

New sub here - it’s funny how quick you modded this thing! A true hobbyist
Thanks for watching. Yup I might have a problem. Lol
It would’ve great if you included a parts list. Like the part that’s needed to connect the battery to the ESC…
Great coverage of the mini LMT. Front and rear steering is awesome.
Thanks for watching
Thinking about getting a digger got hosed on the pre order last Christmas 🎄 gonna take another shot... good to know its good basher stock thanks 😊
Pretty sweet set up!
@Bucky5068 thanks for watching
Were u able to bind ur rugged transmitter to the 2n1 esc u had in there before u didn’t motor swap?
Can you use the original controller with the new reciever?

Nice, I think the same way. I like brushless torque/acceleration but I like the stock top speed.
Nicely done. Did you end up with any better punch?
Yes it did
HI SIR QUICK QUESTION WHERE DID YOU GET THE RED RAMP PLEASE?
Amazon, it's a fly wheels ramp
@@nocontrolrc8290 THANKYOU 🇺🇲❤️🙏🏼
Definitely a dope truck, but too expensive imo.
Not sure if I'd expect better out of an Amazon kit.
It was more of a proof on concept. Now I need to get a nice 3s system for it. Thanks for watching
upgrading is part of dealing with hobby grade rcs. So yes it's worth it
Please see this bc I really want to know but what battery did you use?
Used an adapter from factory g2 smart battery to deans end. Think reedy makes some small lilo batteries that also fit into the battery tray
Slap a mini vxl and wach that thing rocket

I'm not sure how you can hook the 2 in 1 esc /rx into a different receiver as it doesn't appear to have a plug to do so.
New sub here. Great content. What motor/esc did you put in it? Thanks.
It was this one there are better ones but this worked well for me amzn.to/496QIcQ
What's the red ramp?
fly wheels ramp link amzn.to/4atPBUR
What brushed setup would you go with to get rid of the spektrum esc and smart battery?
What is your end goal? Are you looking to use a regular 3 channel receiver or to just lose the smart battery
why?
Could you fit a 28mm can instead of the 24 ?
The brushed motor was a 28mm can. I'm working on a better system now
@@nocontrolrc8290 thanks I’ll look forward to seeing the replacement 👍
Buy a Tp power motor for this thing. They make almost all kv. These motors are crazy powerful

Are you looking for the 4 wheel steer to work all the or for it to operate independently?
