One of the BEST teachings I've witnessed on this subject by a very kind & loving Pastor. As a Pastor & Co-Laborer myself....I applaud you Sir as we give God all the glory for gifting you with the grace to share His Word. Blessings of peace, love & increase unto you, your family & your ministry.

Amen to matthew 5:21-26..let those with anger problems be reconciled to the good in their own heart God. Every disconnection from the good in one owns heart and every connection of my heart with any satanic minion I bind under my feet, in the name and by the blood of Jesus Christ, hallelujah!

Very timely message for me and my husband who are sitting down with someone we have been having issues with next week. While we can’t force reconciliation it gives us hope to know that reconciliation is a high priority for God. God is good!

The words "our horizontal relationships affect our vertical relationship" really stood out to me. Its a humbling concept.

Peter - I am an incredibly picky “sermon surfer” and it takes a lot to get me to stay with a sermon on TH-cam. You got me. This message spoke so directly to my heart ... thank you.

Thank you Peter for this message. This is both convicting and comforting, very profitable and practical in my current life situation! I actually came looking for something specifically on anger, and this fit perfectly. May God Bless you as you continue to bring His Word to the world and to believers seeking encouragement!

You're right in that it is a heart issue. However, it is the heart behind it that decides if it's sinful or righteous anger & it's hate that is comparable to murder, rather than anger. Yes, sinful anger will meet with judgement. However, righteous anger, or anger that tells us there is something being done to us is wrong & we need to take a step back, chill out & deal with the situation, is not going to be judged. God gives us these emotions to spur us on to help others or fix a situation we are in. I was abused by my Dad for years, had God not given me the emotion of anger, I wouldn't have known there was a problem that needed to be dealt with. Righteous anger also spurs people on to help others. For some it is the motivation they need to get up & help with cruel situations. When Jesus was in the temple that Jesus calls out about it being a "den of theives" & He turns the tables over, Jesus Himself is angry, but He is God, He is not sinful! That was righteous anger. I'm not suggesting we turn over tables, but use our anger in a Godly way to get things sorted.

I love you && Mary && of course Ollie boy!! 💜 I watch your videos everyday! 🙂 I know this is quite random but..
So crazy to think that I was born with heart issues && had to get open heart surgery at the age of 5. ((which I got surgery at Boston, Children's Hospital && is still my hospital also Brigham && Woman's Hospital as well.)) 🙂 I was born without the right ventricle. I was born in 88' so in 93' (( I was 5)) they did open heart surgery to correct it. && sadly years later in 06' my father was murdered. 💔😢 I know this is random to bring up; but watching && listening to everything your saying reminded me of these days/times. * I enjoy watching your sermons; I would love to come to church someday soon! ((If that's okay!?)) ⛪
Thanks for another wonderful sermon today. Hope you && Mary && Ollie are well.* God Bless! 🙏🏽💛

Loved the message. My question is are we suppose to ask for forgiveness and forgive the person not speaking to us when we really and truly have no idea why?

Cheryl Turner thank you for asking this question. I have been asking this very same thing for several years and am still asking.

April May MacDonald Boy I sure do understand it seems that some questions are hard to answer. I don't have a problem asking for forgiveness for something I have done, but I would like to know what it is. My problem seems to be I forgive too easier and end up getting burnt again. How do I stop the revolving door?

Checked out the link for your church. Could the picture for you Mary, and Ollie be any cuter? You are a passionate speaker and I know your congregation is blessed to have you!
