I am from Koraput, Odisha. This movie has been visualised about malaria and dengue in southern part of Odisha such as Koraput and Malkangiri. Malaria and dengue are very common there. Many people do not get proper medication as hospitals are very far away. I am so happy and proud that a movie has been created about this serious issue. Also I am very proud that a Odia movie is creating such an impact.

I don't know Odia and saw this movie with subtitles and loved it. So honest and genuine!! I remember reading news about one of the incidents portrayed in the movie.
I never expected I would go to theatre and watch Odia movie and I am so glad I watched this movie.
To be honest it's a really proud and emotional moment for the people of Odisha and the Odia film industry to get such a level of recognition. From making bad and cringey films to making a film like Daman, they have come a long way. Hope that this film will inspire the Odia industry to stop producing cringey films and produce more good and polished films with brilliant content and bring it out to the world.

Babushan Mohanty is the son of Odia Superstar UTTAM Mohanty and a great Odia actress Aparajita Mohanty who worked during the Golden period of Odia cinema . Post 2010s Odia industry had a downfall due to commercial remakes mostly which reduced the interest of audience and so Producers were sceptical to produce more budget films ... We hope it will revive... 😃
