The machines look like newer bigger versions of the Strachan & Henshaw designed ones I worked in the dim and distant past. The bulk handling division of Strachan & Henshaw was bought by Svedala who were taken over by Metso Minerals. They used to fit huge nameplates on the booms, although many ports took them off.
This is the most complex process I've ever seen, I feel like an 8 year old that took apart Dad's Bluray player and now has no idea how to make it work again. Fascinating video, many thanks for your effort!
Truly breath taking machines there Bruce that new reclamer looks a beasty nice getting up there while she was dumping and the crouily tug at end was minted thanks very much sir
That was nice to see. They should vibrate the coal cars when upside down to dump all the coal out. I haul coal at a mine that ships here. I see railcars come back with some coal still in them. Good video. Thanks for posting.
1 konveyör hattı üzerinde 2 makina çalışıyor ilginç aynı anda kömür silo çalışıyor yoksa bir makine stok yaparken diğeri kömür silo mu çalışıyor saatte kaç ton taşıyor
260 years to get here burning coal this fast. Every ton of coal burned puts 3 tons of CO2 into the atmosphere. How long to figure out how to extract it and put it back in the ground fast enough to save ourselves? We're so f'ed.
