Perish song really needs shadow tag (mega gengar/gothitelle) so that you can switch out your pokemon as perish trap turns to zero - the opponent cannot switch out (most of the time) and so they fall to perish song... yoi basically perish song and then stall before switching out in time
Unrelated to the video but my latest team has one issue which really annoys me, it also relates to pokemon in general. I love my team and I am using a toxicroak, super underrated pokemon its mid game fake outs and sucker punch, good speed, dry skin immunity and rain recovery. It has one problem. Its poison move. Im running gunk shot because it outspeeds and one shots 99% of togekiss. But with 80% accuracy I would go as far as to say I have lost games because of missing it sometimes. Its very frustrating. However if I run poison jab instead it doesent one shot togekiss even with life orb meaning i die to air slash next turn and defeat most of toxicroaks role on the team. Accuracy and PP are the mechanics letting down competitive pokemon right now. They should make a stamina system, dare i say like tem tem. Some moves like high horsepower are so stupid, why have 95% accuracy? Just why? Id rather hh be 85 base power and 100% accurate than missing that one in 20 times and losing the game based on pure chance. Sorry for the long comment lol good video

Gengar can use gmax terror as a trap. The only problem is that when it hits it only blocks one Pokémon. Thanks for the content also

So if you use perish song, then on the third turn when everything dies you use protect you survive? I’m a little confused on how to survive it.
