SIR AUTHORIZED SHARE CAPITAL DECIDE HO JAYE USKE BAAD PAISE COMPANY ME JO SHAREHOLDERS HAI JAISE KI DIRECTOR OWNER WO PAISE DENGE AUR COMPANY USKO USKE SHARES DEGINESA NA ??
Well Explanation in Simple Language👌 Bass Ek Doubt Hai Sir🤔 Authorised Capital Kaun Banata Hai… Jiski Company Hai Wo Ya Phir Jahan Registered Karte Hain Wo Officials…❓❓
sir, I have a question I was seeing the capital structure of a company from 2010 to 2020 in which authorized capital was increasing and also issued capital and also issued shares were increasing. it seems like companies' equity is growing but how is this possible ? total shares should stay the same right?
When a company is formed, promotors of the company have the ultimate right to decide the authorized capital. But it can be changed by following certain laws.
Let's assume I am opening a company with 2 directors having 50-50 share in the company. Our authorised capital is 1 lacs but we want to keep our paid up capital as 0. Will that mean that neither of us are holding any shares? Will we have to buy shares in our own company by paying 50k each so that we are holding 50-50 shares? Sorry if it's a dumb question but I am a bit confused.
