Funny how this all stemmed because this crook thought he was above the law and assaulted 2 people. They took the lead and opened all his corruption to the world.
The main problem is all his little cronies are still working as cops and following his lead.
If charged, they will flip at the speed of light.
You mean Chris & Tiff? good people imo
Its called da good ole boys syndrome
Saw the Videos of this Couple, they faced some corrupt deputies, Big Courage there,
It's the "Trump Syndrome" , People think that they can flaunt the law and get away with it . There are goiing to be a lot of people finding out otherwise.
Obviously a man that has never been held accountable. You go judge.
Get your xxx back to county lock 🔐 😢 up 😂
That’s a good judge. The applause in the comments feels good. 🎉
Love that he got 60 Days In
Let's not think this is a win
Does it bother anyone that that this guy had so many firearms that he forgot about TWO semiautomatics in his basement? Doesn’t sound like a responsible gun owner to me.
I want to live in a place that holds their officers accountable
I want to live in a place that hold EVERYONE accountable.
I’d like to see judges, doctors, lawyers held accountable too
China actually does.
They treat the police who break the law much more severly as it should be.
Well, BYE!
You misspelled jungle bunnies
Consequences for a police officer, this is astounding.
Not only Astounding it’s a modern day MIRACLE!
Lot more than just an officer.. in the town he was sheriff of, he was quite the big wig.
In reality.. just a solid pos though
It only because he stole from firefighters.
@@nachobroryan8824but they all steal and lie, the whole department probably does it.
Especially in a Red state.
Ask yourself if felon accidentally forgot he had a gun in the basement what would they do to him? 15 years.
Also ask yourself if a child had found a gun that someone just 'missed' during a search of their own home 🤦🏼♀️
TWO guns
What really boggles my mind is that they said he was allowed to at least have a shotgun, and here it wasn't that long ago a case made it to the Supreme Court because a man who had a felony over a couple decades ago for a welfare fraud conviction was actually charged for having a single handgun for self protection. Why does someone with felony assault charges get to have an exception made for them to have a firearm, when someone with a non-violent felony from over a couple decades ago gets charged?
@@brucecook502
The only thing I can think of is that most convictions and sentences and terms of release remain as they were at the time the judgment was made, as opposed to every time a law is changed/amended, added or ended that every past judgment/sentence would have to be reviewed and amended as needed and that that would take an endless amount of staff going over and submitting for reviews and that almost no new cases could be tried in anything close to a timely manner
But I get it… old rulings and laws can seem excessive both then as well as compared to some similar ones today, while there are absolutely some from today that are far too lax
My question is how many guns do you have to own when you don't recognized 2 were missing off the receipt the cops give you?
Finally! Jamey Noel is one precious guy the way the authorities have tiptoed around this, turned a blind eye to his corruption for years, and blessed him with special advantages because he wore a badge he should never have been given. You think they've found all of his crimes? You think they were only financial? Every week, another dozen crimes. The big ones are still to be found. He should never have been given ten minutes of freedom the moment he was caught. And soon, he and his whole family will wonder why they didn't get to that illegally-purchased airplane and fly to the Cayman's when they had all that freedom. Too arrogant to think they could really be held accountable, I suppose. He was still using the illegal credit cards, after all -- laughing at the system.
I’m stunned at this. I remember him from the show. Wasn’t the Sheriff corrupt too?
Wow. I had this vid pop up. Now I’m intrigued.
@@jimdevlin4949 same here...
THE BLUE WALL OF SILENCE PROTECTS THE BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN BLUE!!!!! The entire sheriff's department is just as guilty.
Did he have enough money to just disappear? It takes a lot of money to start again like that.
Judge treating cop like regular citizens. About time
Time that judges quit acting like they are above the law
Well, a regular citizen might have been given a year in jail sanction no matter the trial results. But I hear you.
A judge who actually holds a dirty cop accountable?
Wait a minute, did hell freeze over and I missed the memo?
I wish more Judges be more like this Judge and not being afraid.
NOW if the judges would JUST convict the criminals
Not following judges orders / has consequences. Go to jail !

Hmmm. So, holding someone formerly in power accountable for contempt of court. What a novel idea.
I wonder if you have anyone else specifically in mind ... maybe an orange golfer?
Retired county law enforcement officer here. West Michigan. These law enforcement are part n parcel WHY in this era civilians not liking, respecting us. Good for this Judge.
Do you think merging with state bodies then deleting county jurisdictions would weed out a lot of these types of operators? As it is, the system seems to harbor "Boss Hoggs" in their little fiefdoms....and for a very long time. If it was state police only would you think it'd weed out all but the most cunning in corruption?
@@andrewh.8403 Excellent topic to discuss, debate! But off top of my head? I could see the making law enforcement a State only force problematic too. In the reverse for several reasons. I haven't time here to go in depth. And Id sure Enjoy talking withyoue in person onit. But social media is hard to do a serious talk.
60 days thank you judge❤ looks like Noles is fully committed to this life of crime.
The Judge should not only hold the ex-Sheriff in contempt, but also order charges to be brought against the deputies who helped him with his "honest mistake", for aiding and abetting and Obstruction of Justice.
So, we're supposed to believe a sheriff doesn't know how many guns he owns. BS.
Only in America!
How many, or where they are.

Abnormal for a judge to move against a cop.
One of the reasons for separating the govt branches is to keep each in check. It is every Judges duty to do this.

Somone that doesn't know how many guns they have has too many guns
It's pretty ironic that he was featured on the show "60 Days In" and the judge ended up sentencing him to 60 days in jail for contempt.
I have a close friend who spoke (with high praise) about this criminal cop. Funny she hasn't said much about this comedy of justice.
He was on 60 days in, now he’s serving 60 days 😂
I'm guessing it wasn't the fact that he didn't turn over a couple of guns, it was the two particular guns he didn't turn over. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
How many guns do you need to have to be able to genuinely "forget" two of them? 😂
Just one
Will the IRS also get involved at the Federal level? That would be an entirely new case in Federal court and the Feds have all the time and resources to prosecute and get the money they and taxpayers are owed. That could be fun.

I’ll bet money he won’t even do 1/2.
Reasonable as it is for contempt of court. Even 30 days is a big sentence for contempt.

Now how does it feel sheriff ?
Feels a little different when your rights are Taken, huh????
I was kind of thinking the same thing. I'm from Florida though and not sure how I ended up here. No idea what the sheriff did, but the 2nd Amendment is the only God given right that can somehow be bargained away by the state without passing another amendment. I have little sympathy for cops who, as a matter of course, imprison people every day all across the country for all sorts of reasons that should not affect gun ownership. It is bizarre that a judge can decide that he is allowed to keep A gun, a gun of the judges choosing, but not others. If you're not outrightly a prohibited possessor, such as being a felon, which I have a big problem with too in most cases, and the firearm is not regulated by the NFA, such as a sub machinegun, how can anyone have the authority to imprison a citizen over possessing one style of gun but not another? It seems very arbitrary and ultimately unconstitutional. But I guess that's just old fashioned these days...
They weren’t “taken”. He voluntarily relinquished them by committing crimes.
Who wants to bet he isn't being treated like all the other CRIMINALS in that jail ? And how would we be treated if we had done the same exact thing in that jail ?
But BACK THE BLUE !!! The are heroes !!! (Really ???? In my state it only takes 560 hours at the academy to carrying a badge and a gun while it takes 1,500 hours of education to get a license to cut hair. 560 hours for a guns vs 1,500 for a pair of scissors ? Let that sink in....)
Congratulations to the Judge, the law needs to apply equally to all.
Sheriffs and U.S. Marshals need not feel intimidated by Judges, Attorneys or other elected officials. The duties,
responsibilities and authorities of the Sheriff and Marshal cannot be diminished by those in the legislature,
courts and state constitutions. According to Marbury v. Madison, which has been well-settled law for more than
200 years, the commission of the U.S. Marshal, being the Chief Law Enforcer, is the sole act of the President of
the United States Article II Section 2 Clause 2; once the Secretary affixes his seal to the act it cannot be undone,
not even by the president. Thereby, like the Sheriff, so is the U.S. Marshal, in that only the People, through an
indictment, can remove him from office for not upholding the “Law of the Land”. As concluded by Marbury v.
Madison, if it were not the case, they could not enforce the law unimpeded as Chief.

What judge put there holds an officer accountable? This is completely unheard of.
Great job Honorable Judge!!
It’s kinda sad he didn’t know how many guns he had. That’s America. Guns everywhere.
If I were him, I'd argue that if Dumpy can violate court orders than so can he.
Go, Judge!!
Upholding the LAW!
Nice to see that 1) No one is above the law; 2) that a judge will actually enforce his requirement; 3) that guns don’e get a special pass; 4) that a short LE haircut doesn’t work. How refreshing. Is there anywhere else in this country that this model could be utilized?
Every gun owner knows where and how many firearms they have. The sheriff knew they were in his house.
Every well armed person I've ever known knew exactly how many guns they had, and exactly where they were.
Is this another one of those 'good cops' that we keep hearing about?
He was allowed to keep a shotgun and still broke the judges orders?! WTF!
Remember when reporters didn’t need a phone in their hand like a lifeline to deliver the news?
I miss the days when news reporters didn't have to reference their phones. So tacky!
I have reached the age of 82 without ever owning a Smartphone. And I've worked in Broadcast TV so it's quite easy.
He knows the law , he knew the consequences, now he knows the judge meant it .
No responsible gun owner "forgets" that they have two pistols hidden in their basement.
So, as a "responsible gun owner," he either has no clue how many guns he has, or is a liar.
How was he allowed to keep “a single shotgun” when all his other’s were confiscated? What is the reasoning with that? Why if you’re a civilian and your weapons are seized, it’s all firearms period?
"Odered to hand over all weapons except a shotgun" that is still special treatment , a normal person would be deprived of ALL guns. He couldn't even accept his special treatment.
Thnx juge👍👍👍👍
I swear law enforcement needs to be held to the same standards as lawyers. If found guilty of a crime they cannot no longer be in law enforcement

HOW?
Now this is an appropriate use of a Judge’s power to impose contempt of court confinement! None of that ridiculous jailing someone for using foul language or for a reporter’s refusal to ID their confidential source. And it is implausible that someone simply ‘forgot’ about 2 revolvers inside their home…especially when under court order to ensure all have been located & removed.
He knew what he was doing "don't tread on me government cant take my guns" is what he was thinking by by noel.

This judge is a keeper!
He didn't know he had guns 😳 yeah right !
Imagine having so many weapons you forget about a couple!
Why in the world do reporters have to read from their phones these days or does this only bother me?
It also raises the question as to why three people were involved to report this. The guy at the start could have read the same off the autocue.
He truly feels above the law.
That sheriff looks creepy and dangerous! It's too bad that the wrong people are able to get jobs with police or sheriff departments!!
