Article 19 is freedom right which deals with the right to speech and expression and article 32 deals with the protection of fundamental rights where supreme court writs. Article 12 to 32 deals with the fundamental rights if any article was violated in the fundamental right we can move to the court under article 32 of the Indian constitution. All the best
