I was disappointed at the end of the movie when "INFINITY WAR" pops up and all the letters turned to dust. Only half of them letters should have turned to dust.
The deaths are opposite. What I mean is, everyone who turned to ash is actually alive in an alternate timeline - the one timeline in which Doctor Strange predicts they win. Everyone left in the current timeline are the ones who are really dead. I believe this to be case because - 1. Doctor Strange says "This was the only way" and turning to ash despite saying that he won't exchange the stone for anyone's life. 2. Almost everyone who turned to ash are confirmed to be a part of Phase 4, while everyone who survived are veterans who've grown into their roles like Cap, Iron Man and Thor. 3. In the Doctor Strange movie, during The Ancient One's death, she says that she can't see beyond the point of her death and that all paths lead to that one point. If we take that to be true verbatim, since Doctor Strange was able to look through all of the timelines until upto the end in which they win, that HAS to mean that he survived.

Look, the films can and do take different routes than the comics, but speaking from the comics, it's not an alternate timeline. These characters are as dead as Dillinger. Buuuuuuuut, you might be surprised to know the comics also weren't about to kill off half their population (and so many beloved characters). Azreth I saw Loki's death as a tone for the rest of the movie. Loki was one of the characters that you thought they wouldn't kill, but they set the tone as 'we can kill whoever we want now'.
I think he faked his death again. Used his magic to turn into Banner. I mean, he can reattach his head to his body, he can survive a simple strangling. That's why Hulk didn't want to come out, he knew it was Loki. If Loki actually died, he should have turned back into a Frost Giant - Marvel doesn't miss details like that.

Dude. That movie left me numb. I fucking loved it but I cried so much. That was so amazing. Literally the best MCU movie yet. I kinda feel like it should've been in between PG-13 and R. I really hope they bring those guys back. I think that Bucky, Peter, Star Lord, T'Challa, Sam, Strange, Mantis, Drax, Fury, Hill and Groot will come back. But I do think that Scarlet Witch, Vision, Gamorra, Loki, Heimdel and a few others will stay dead.

I think it's so insane how many everyday people are so touched by Avengers Infinity War! Growing up reading about these superheroes, I would have never guessed it would be so popular after all these years! Kudos to new technology in filmmaking!
Doctor Strange reverses all this by rewinding time after they get the Infinity Gauntlet off Thanos so that everyone who died didn't die. This may seem impossible as he dies in _Avengers: Infinity War_ but he was just not seen travelling to the future after he saw that the only way to beat Thanos was to lose to him first so that he let his guard down. Doctor Strange spends much of the film opening portals, and at any point he could have travelled through them, fixed things in the future, then returned to give up the Time gem so that Tony Stark would survive (as he is essential to his past self's plan's success in the sequel). It is very likely that Doctor Strange will die in the sequel as his ability to reverse time to fix stuff will undermine the tension of any future threat to The Avengers as audiences will say: "Don't worry, I expect Doctor Strange will fix that by making it so it just didn't happen"

In answer to your anticipated question Doctor Strange saw the future and used the Time gem to travel into the future where Thanos won and snapped his fingers, and Iron Man survived. He then teamed up with the other Avengers and took the Infinity Gauntlet off Thanos, extracted the Time gem and used it to then reverse everything back as far as the finger snap. Unfortunately, this means Gamora stays dead. After this Doctor Strange still has to go back and die in giving up the Time gem to Thanos, so his past self was able to retrieve it in the future. I now have to pop back in my personal time machine as there are still more TH-cam videos I want to watch.

My friends who know the REAL story and saw the movie didn't say it sucked exactly, just that it was lacking, very lacking. Lacking The Inbetweener, Eternity, Infinity, The Stranger, Eon, The supreme and awesome Galactus, Lord Chaos and Master Order, Mistress Love and Master Hate, Kronos, The Celestials, The Elders of the Universe, Death, Mephisto, and the most powerful of all: The Living Tribunal. Tranquility I just hope she isn't the most powerful, cause then there's not much stakes when she faces another enemy. It's like Vision, he was insanely powerful at first just to stop the main enemy, but then the writers realized what they have done and nerfed him for balance. (Yes, Vision was just holding back in civil war, and he got stabbed before he was ready in Infinty war, but at this point the excuses are kind of obvious, they want him out of the picture) The way they teased Captain Marvel makes her seem like she's going to be the one Deus Ex Machina that will undo the damage, which is just lazy writing. Still, I'll be happy to see justice served to Thanos in the next film, just make sure everyone has a key part, and not just Captain Marvel.

The gauntlet broke when he used all of it's power. That's why he doesn't have it in "paradise" either when he talks to Gamorra. He can't wield the power of the infinity stones again. I think it's so insane how many everyday people are so touched by Avengers Infinity War! Growing up reading about these superheroes, I would have never guessed it would be so popular after all these years! Kudos to new technology in filmmaking!
Doctor Strange reverses all this by rewinding time after they get the Infinity Gauntlet off Thanos so that everyone who died didn't die. This may seem impossible as he dies in _Avengers: Infinity War_ but he was just not seen travelling to the future after he saw that the only way to beat Thanos was to lose to him first so that he let his guard down. Doctor Strange spends much of the film opening portals, and at any point he could have travelled through them, fixed things in the future, then returned to give up the Time gem so that Tony Stark would survive (as he is essential to his past self's plan's success in the sequel). It is very likely that Doctor Strange will die in the sequel as his ability to reverse time to fix stuff will undermine the tension of any future threat to The Avengers as audiences will say:
"Don't worry, I expect Doctor Strange will fix that by making it so it just didn't happen"
But, if he rewinds time Thanos death is also rewinded right? TTTT

The comment is perfectly in line with the alternate future I envisioned, right down to the superfluous space before the comma. That is how the past me now writing this response knows that they are in the right timeline.
In answer to your anticipated question Doctor Strange saw the future and used the Time gem to travel into the future where Thanos won and snapped his fingers, and Iron Man survived. He then teamed up with the other Avengers and took the Infinity Gauntlet off Thanos, extracted the Time gem and used it to then reverse everything back as far as the finger snap. Unfortunately, this means Gamora stays dead. After this Doctor Strange still has to go back and die in giving up the Time gem to Thanos, so his past self was able to retrieve it in the future.
I now have to pop back in my personal time machine as there are still more TH-cam videos I want to watch.

My friends who know the REAL story and saw the movie didn't say it sucked exactly, just that it was lacking, very lacking. Lacking The Inbetweener, Eternity, Infinity, The Stranger, Eon, The supreme and awesome Galactus, Lord Chaos and Master Order, Mistress Love and Master Hate, Kronos, The Celestials, The Elders of the Universe, Death, Mephisto, and the most powerful of all: The Living Tribunal. They should also use(introduce) that character they were developing but never used, The Dark Overlord. My friends didn't mention and I forgot to ask; did they at least have Adam Warlock and the Silver Surfer in it? Of course all the poser bitches will have NO idea what I am referencing

Actually, the next marvel movie is not about tony or thor i believe, but about Captain Marvel. She's getting her own solo movie, and it will explain how she becomes the most powerful being in the universe. It will also explain how Nick Fury lost one eye, and in avengers 4 Captain Marvel will be the most important character. Just a thought, let me know if i may be wrong.
Tranquility I just hope she isn't the most powerful, cause then there's not much stakes when she faces another enemy. It's like Vision, he was insanely powerful at first just to stop the main enemy, but then the writers realized what they have done and nerfed him for balance. (Yes, Vision was just holding back in civil war, and he got stabbed before he was ready in Infinty war, but at this point the excuses are kind of obvious, they want him out of the picture) The way they teased Captain Marvel makes her seem like she's going to be the one Deus Ex Machina that will undo the damage, which is just lazy writing. Still, I'll be happy to see justice served to Thanos in the next film, just make sure everyone has a key part, and not just Captain Marvel.

That's because in todays PC/women have to be the heroes and men need to be the wimps culture it's the woman who must be the true hero while the men flop around. It's the same in nearly every action movie and TV show as of late.
