@@mrscop hard to defend the guilt when the person calls police on themselves while incriminating evidence is still the room and writes fake letter, so obviously fake and so obviously written by her, with content that leaves no other explanation possible than that she killed two people...that was basically a signed confession (just BTW person with IQ 10 can figure out that when you poison smbdy in your family you cremate them ASAP)
The scary thing is that person that stupid and careless was given opportunity kill second and third person, somebody somewhere made a huge mistake...

D.A. Fitzpatrick made a wonderful closing argument in this horrific case. I glad he made our county safe again.

Ashley’s Spirit Team, her Dad’s, owe this great man a handshake of gratitude, one day.
Well-done, Mr. FitzPatrick - Crushed the evil from that courtroom. I wish all good things for Ashley n Bree!

Great anecdote about a mother's love. It is a story to remember and a wonderful place for it here in the summation.

A good mom who knows she is innocent would even take the death with all the pain her daughter went through if at all she actually decided to kill her self.
Her mom can take the rap on her behalve ...right?

What a wonderful prosecutor. I believe he walked Ashley down the aisle when she got married.
