What is negative resistance property?
if voltage is increased then current is also increased. but in elements like gallium arsenite, if the energy level is increased, the mobility (movement of electrons) is decreased. since the mobility of electrons is decreased which is the primary cause of current flow, the current flow is reduced which is called negative resistance.
