Hi mate, watching from Australia. Looking for another Canadian ski destination for the family, we’ve done Whistler. Sun Peaks looks like a good option and doesn’t seem to have the Whistler crowds?
Really can’t go wrong either way. We have been back to Big White three times and it never gets old. Sun Peaks is great but prefer Big White because it’s so big, better glades, green run from every lift so it makes skiing alongside the entire family easier. Also feel like Big White has more dining / bar options both at the base and mid mountain.

@gogotubeski Sun Peaks is actually the second biggest resort in Canada. There is green runs available from every lift
