I visited this project. Bilkul Road end par h ye project. And road par is project me Jane k lie wrong side leni pdti h bcz road nhi bni. Bahar koi market nhi h, Tulip chowk 1.5km jana pdega.

I'm interested, but I've also heard that this sector(along with 67 too) has lots of electricity cut and untreated water problems. Case in point - ansal esencia, pyramid affordable (just opposite of 68) and except Tulip most projects in 67-68-69-70-71 have these problems. 1cr is a lot of money and I'm not sure if I can spend that much and live without basic amenities. A lot of times Police has been called in these sectors. Whats the situation with Pareena Micasa according to you?
