Let the clutch go a little sooner and when downshifting, blip the throttle to match the engine speed. That will help keep the wear to a minimum and also keep the rear wheel stable. Downshifting without rev-matching can lead to the rear wheel locking up since the engine is now going a lower speed than the wheel compared to the gearbox. This can throw the bike off balance and in the worst case lead to a crash. Upshifting while holding the clutch that long is also quite unhealthy since the engine loses a lot of speed (you can clearly see it going to idle) and is then *forced* to match the wheel-speed by itself. This stresses the gearbox and engine and can lead to premature wear. Also, always check the clutch play and the shift lever position as it contributes more than you think to a smooth shifting experience. Oh, and shifting quickly, smoothly and sporty is also quite satisfying Ride Safe :)
I have Raximo levers from MTP Racing. I am absolutely satisfied with it, I had it on my first bike and you can choose the colors of the individual components as you like. I think there are 8 colors to choose from

It was my first time on the Großglockner and I wanted to concentrate on the view, so I prefer to ride carefully. Also, in Germany and Austria it's not a good idea to ride like a maniac unless you want to lose your driver's license 😂
