I love the added cinema of Kovalsky piecing together the crime scene as he’s cleaning it. He could have made a decent CSI if he applied himself, but now he’s on the complete opposite end of that profession: Hiding the crime scene instead of analyzing it.

I've been OBSESSED with this game ever since I played the demo a few months ago. I've honestly never seen a crime cleaning game be so funny and interesting despite its premise, I think it's a gem and I hope more people play it. There's also gonna be free major game updates later on, so I'm super excited about the future of the game. Literally the only gripe I have is that I thought the original VA for the demo was better than the VA we got for the release, but that's just because of how the VA says the lines, the writing didn't change at all so it's still hilarious.

At the start of the game there are visuals that made me realize the MC had a sick child. A scene of a ceiling having glow-in-the-dark stars and a character sitting on a moon. We then zoom out to see an IV bag is set up in the same room. That, to me, equals a sick child.

I loved this game when it came out! Smashed it out in 4 days (work three of those days and marathoned it on Saturday) and am chewing at the bit for the Challenge mode update and Part 2. I really hope Ray plays more, can't wait to see his reaction to the two massive final levels.
Half the fun of viscera cleanup is the janky physics screwing you over at the worst possibly time. Example: I was playing a game and put a body in a bin. I ran out of the room to get a new bucket. When I came back, the bin was wandering around the room making a gigantic mess.

The clicking sound in the player house is probably a glitch with a can in the basement stuck clipping through the floor. It clanks every time it clips through. It happened when I played it.
I also mistook the opening since it was a bit confusing with just the dialogue and cutscenes. Tyler was Paul's son, and Paul was the cleaner's best friend. Rob was Tyler's drug dealer, and Tyler owed Rob a lot of money. Rob was also a serial killer. Rob decided to invite Tyler over to murder his ass. Tyler unknowingly walked into a trap, but managed to turn the tables and killed Rob instead. Tyler panics and calls his "uncle" who is a janitor to help him clean up the evidence. While cleaning, you discover Rob's secret and clean it up as well, to cover his own crime of cleaning up the evidence. Big Jim, who apparently bugs everyone he does business with, knew all this. He contacted Tyler to take over Rob's job and contacts you to be his crime scene cleaner. :)
Ray should really complete this I loved all the chapters and am waiting for more updates maybe even a challenge mode. I would love to see rays reaction to the museum level.
I'm here for the part 2 if you're able to swing it! If not it's even more of an incentive to buy and play this game, but being honest I would do that anyways
This game is so oddly calming even with it's very dark undertones The stories great. Please please make a part two and a part 3 if needed. The story is so good

Having not seen the vid yet, isnt a Crime Scene cleanup game basically just Viscera Cleanup? Like, every place they cleaned in that game had bullets and blood sprayed everywhere. It even had body parts.
I miss the early 2000's because that kind of dark humor is more rare nowadays, or people get upset. I learned early you gotta laugh at life, otherwise it sucks, prime example and the one who taught me is my Dad, one day he realized his vision was off, went to the Doctor, confirmed that he lost about 60% of the vision in one of his eyes, his first words "Huh... didn't see that coming", and he still jokes about it years later, among MANY other jokes about his health, like the sheer quantity of medication he needs to live, "I swear I may as well own that pharmacy by now", he also doesn't let anything like that bother him, everyone including the doctor was surprised that he didn't seem to care, he just tells people "I have no control over it, it's gone, instead of getting upset, dwelling on it and being miserable, I just don't care and get on with my life, what's the point in worrying about something you can't do anything about". I do the same thing, and if someone else want to crack a joke at my expense, whether it's intended to be offensive or not, I don't care, if it's funny, I'll laugh too.

I really enjoy this game, it's like 1 part Pressure Washer Sim, 1 part Thief Sim and 2 parts Viscera Cleanup Detail
