    NO cutaways, just jokes related to the situation they're in. Lois isn't an alcoholic klepto but a comforting mother; Brian isn't a liberal hypocrite, but a thoughtful intellectual. Classic Family Guy at its best.

      Peter's last sentence and the bird impact are spot on comedic timing. It's not shown to avoid being graphic, and hearing the splash and leaving everything to the viewer to process, realize and imagine what's happening makes it funnier, although I'm not sure why it works like that. Anyhow old Family Guy absolutely knew how to tell a good joke.
      If it was modern Family Guy Peter would have probably crashed through the wood with shit and blood all over him because of course some wood splinters got drilled through his eyes and throat or something. And then he would cry and suffocate for a minute to drag out the time until the end of the episode. God, modern Family Guy is such trash and it saddens me.

      What do you mean they are closely related to carnivores carnivore just means that they eat meat so a rodent can be a carnivore

    • @matthewgliatto7339
      @matthewgliatto7339 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@dogramagra7937 I mean that raccoons are evolutionarily more closely related to tigers, wolves, bears, lions, cheetahs, foxes, domestic dogs & cats, etc., etc., ……..than they are to rodents.
      Raccoons are omnivores. They are scavengers, opportunists, generalists. They can eat meat, but they eat a lot of other things too. So it wouldn’t be right to classify them as carnivores. They’re not. But they’re also not rodents.
      The only mammals that are carnivores are the ones I was listing off in the first sentence: tigers, wolves, etc., etc. And it turns out that raccoons are genetically closer to those animals (the carnivorous mammals) than they are to rodents (mice, rats, squirrels, nutrias, etc.).
      Like, related animals always had a common ancestor, but the more recent this common ancestor was, the more closely related the two animal species are.
      Raccoons and tigers must’ve had a final common ancestor, let’s call it Animal X. Raccoons and mice (which are rodents) also must’ve had a final common ancestor, let’s call it Animal Y. Animals X and Y both went extinct many millions of years ago, but not by the same number of millions. Animal X would have lived on the earth at a later time than Animal Y did.
      Animal Y would’ve already gone extinct or evolved into something else by the time Animal X first evolved into existence. The last common root of raccoons & mice came before the last common root of raccoons & tigers. And that’s why raccoons are actually closer to tigers than they are to mice.
      And to generalize again; raccoons are more closely related to the carnivorous mammals like lions and bears than they are to rodents.
      And that’s what I meant.
      And I’m sorry for being such an insufferable nerd 🤓 and giving such a long-winded explanation. 🤓 🙄
