    There are only carbs. I would never deduct for fiber.

      Yes good point I think it’s safer to go that way with the manipulating that can take place on the new “keto” food labels. Net carbs has worked for me but I am careful to take total carbs into consideration as well. Thank you for sharing that. ❤️
