It works just like the Yeti casters in ch6 tho, their cold also disappear before they apply another layer of cold unless 2 yeti casters attacks you at the same time

On bosses its guaranteed that he wont work there but i doubt HG will make mobs and elite enemies immune to frozen, just treat it like stun. As for silence, apparently they made a comeback at chap 9

Much like what the enemies do to us: decreases ASPD, if the debuff is applied again it will become frozen. Frozen will stop targets from doing anything like moving and attacking (like stun) and their RES is lowered
@@slonik0002 our cold debuff is quite short so its best to have another operator who can inflict cold or have a supporter to speed up Gnosis atk or whoever has this kind of debuff

Wait, here's a thought, is it possible to stack attack speed without modifiers to get his normal attack freezing? EG things like ayerscarpe I'm guessing no, but it'd be interesting if you could.
You would need a 40-50 base attack speed modifier for that. The easiest way is to just use Aak, as other operator talents, of Ayerscarpe, Sailech, and Angelina, currently do not add up to that.
Ok lets see: -short cooldown and short duration , quirk cicle skill again -Freeze is very short for balance purposes -the fragile effect only happens in the chill and frozen state so its also short -doesnt have a lot of support damage outside of s3 (althought it doesnt matter since its not his funcion ) he could be worse so for me he is a meh unit
Gnosis is more constant but less debuff while Suzu is more debuff but takes more time. Just choose who you want. Id rather save for Chalter that come around 2nd anniv
gnosis has higher fragile (10% higher) but suzuran is more widely applicable, tbh suzuran role is fully on supporting capabilites while gnosis is debuffer and dps hybrid
they’re pretry equal to me one offers more damage, the other offers more support tbh it depends on which suits your playstyle for me, i prefer suzuran cause i like the heal and big range she has
