@@djackson4605 the Loon is a very common bird up here. You cannot go to a lake and not hear them from sun down to sun up. So when the coin came out with a loon on the tail side, it just became the loonie. Maybe not that original I guess. I don't think they took into account the names of sequential coins lol

That was a total no show from Jensen, tactical and Santorin. They didn't come to play. Just afraid of making mistakes so they did nothing.
Part of me understands because they couldn’t find anyway for Jensen to effectively use tf ult but also I feel like you should try to force something they are the early game team that’s on a timer yaknow?
Jensen is a very selfish player so keep him on selfish champs. He really highly values lane stats over roaming stats so picks like tf do not suit his playstyle. Keep him on ori, lb, syndra. So if the lane is not perfectly pushed, he wont roam or press R on tf.
I think individually NA has great soloQ players but their skills don't transfer into coordinated teams well. With the exception of CoreJJ.

has TF done anything at worlds so far besides lose lane and give sylas even more map pressure? every time i see it, it bums me out.
RNG used TF kinda decent against sylas in their game vs FNC. But yeah, you're right, most of the time that's what happen. Sylas is a known counter pick for TF for a reason.
People gotta be selfless when playing champions like Galio and TF.

People underestimates seed 4 of both LCK and LPL. If you really watch those regions, you would rank those 4th seed as equal, a bit less or a bit more to 2nd seed of both LEC/LCS. Today is a bit disappointing for LCK though, but LPL lookint very solid.
LPL seems deeper than LCK imo.

There you can bring in 1 player or replace 1 and that team can perform, not always, but it happened in different times, e.g., when Estar and V5 had their best run in different splits, they'd just formed their teams with rookie LDL players and LPL subs. RW in Summer this year, they were a bottom 2 team, until they added Zdz and Xiaohao, then, they beat top and mid LPL teams, as well as having competitive Bo3s that ended 2-1, while before those 2 changes, they were just going 0-2. Wei and Cryin were in that Estar that made playoffs in their split debut. When Ale become the starter for LNG, he was a sub in Spring, they just started to have their run, that took them until this point.
No one is underestimating them tho. They had the most hype especially lpl
LNG beat TES, SN, RNG. No one underestimates them.
tbh 4th seed LPL is around the same level as 1st seed LEC. 4th seed LCK is 2nd seed LEC. LCS deserve to be in the play-ins.
LPL has better depth compared to LCK but I think DK is the best team in the world right now.
Why cant NA ADC hit their fucking ults when the enemy is CC. If tactical hits that ult 39:13, and stays with his team they might win that

@JAJAJA JAJAJA I doubt Liquid will make it. It does depend on week 1 results. If Liquid upset GenG then the group will be hella cool to watch. And MAD finally decided to play solid for a change, that team is always weak in a Bo1 so it can go any way at this point

LNG's flexibility with that Fiora pick is going to be on every group D team's mind. Alphari is the guy on TL to smash a game through lane, and he was completely neutralized by the pick even when Santorin spent half the game up there.

Well that's not gonna happen. All of the sponsors and other engagements NA have atm, no other region could bring as much money as NA do.

Ok, i mean sure it's just a video game. But if i'm watching a "competitive" event, i'd rather like to see some "competition".
I mean this isn't a complex concept. This is why in the world football there are tiers to this shit. You won't see a bloody UK league 2 team suddenly competing in the champions league because they'd get fucking stomped.
The entire NA is like the bloody Romanian 3rd division of football. So having them go up against these korean and Chinese Premier League caliber talents is unfair. There's just no comparison. My argument is that if NA is going to be stagnant then they should not be competing against these behemoth teams.
One it's sad for the losing team, and it's an insult/waste of time for the big team.

FPX always has a shitty start. LCK is much more consistent initially, but we've seen this movie before. FPX had a wayyyy worse start when they won Worlds last time - the phoenix can rise bro

Agree, as an LPL fan. At worlds so far FPX have been worse than every other LPL team here. EDG and RNG are looking like the top LPL seeds they are and LNG is performing well for a 4th seed. FPX on the other hand......

Leona and Lee Sin are the 2 best picks atm so they wanted to get one but giving Aphelios and Leblanc is insta lose. TL is so cowardly always putting Tactical on Ezreal. They wanna lose dont they? They need to pick a real attack damage carry and just stand and fight, out DPS them. Kog'maw, Jinx, Aphelios, Twitch or lose. Their choice.
