      They’re probably diet pills from Laos/Thailand/Vietnam.
      If anything…use diet pills from the US where they are regulated and tested all the time.
      If you’re using diet pills from other countries be prepared for this!

    I too do dialysis! But I’m still living life. I don’t need no man to make me feel good. Long as I’m happy & I get my treatment then I’m good. Waiting on my new kidney. Until then I’m focusing on me. I hope you find it in yourself & love yourself.

      I’m also back on dialysis again too. After 15 yrs my transplanted kidney failed beginning this year. I’m glad my husband has been my rock for 20 yrs of my sickness. Praying for you.

    Taking care of yourself is on you. Having a husband and kids shouldn't be an excuse to not make time for yourself. That 30 min scrolling through Facebook or TikTok you could spend working out. All moms are tired, we are all BUSY, but you must make time for you!! No excuses, making them is just you being lazy. What more motivation do you need when you looking in the mirror and you don't like the person staring back at you. Come on ladies, get up and let's start taking care of ourselves. I get up before the kids are up to hit the gym or, late at night when they're all asleep. Get up and start...

If I can't go in the morning, then I go after they're asleep at night. I'm doing this for my health. I'm not doing it for my husband. You can be the most beautiful woman and if he wants to cheat he will. Do it for you, or at least do it for your kids. Remove all negativity from everyone and just work you. Only you can help yourself

    Tracking calories, cutting out processed foods, and exercising take time but they will be more effective and sustainable. It is a lifestyle change, but so worth it. Never choose the easy way when it comes to your health. If you have money for plastic surgery, then use that to hire a nutritionist and personal trainer to help you. Loving yourself means putting your health first.

    Sorry about what you're going through. Don't lose hope, you can still live a fulfilling life. 1st. Leave your husband, move on from the hurt he's causing every day. 2nd, update your life insurance so he doesn't get all of it. 3rd. Love yourself, do not depend on others for your happiness. 4. Go to church to find a strong faith to help you through it all.

    This is so unfortunate...I myself am scared of taking diet pills or those detox diet teas because they will either affect your liver or kidneys. Just love yourself and exercise ladies! Having kids is no excuse! I have four kids but I take them with me to the park or the track. Put them in strollers if you have to. Buy a treadmill if you have to.

I'm 45, 5'2, and I weigh about 118ib. 😂 My weight fluctuates but I mostly am on the thinner side. I've had 5 kiddos. After having my first 4, i only weigh 99ibs. I managed to gain some weight bc one of my siblings told me I look like one of those starving kids from Africa. One day, as I was looking through old pics, I saw a pic of myself. I was all skin and bones. That's why I wanted to gain a bit of weight and I got my doctor to prescribe me some medication to help with that. Today, with my weight of 118ibs, I'm satisfied.     I have to be on dialysis for a while before my transplant, but my husband never left me. It made him love me more and do more around the house. Your husband never loved you. Remember to love yourself and only focus on you.
    Yes, I agreed. If you want to lose weight..... Please do it the right way. Not the quick way.

    I just have a baby 10 months ago. After 4 moths, I went back to the gym. I went from 120 to 155. Now I am back down to 135 but I gained muscles. I am only 4”10. I wake up at 5am to go to the gym while my babies are still sleeping. And just eat healthy and cut back on your calories. I like to do natural.
