Yes, the successful cloning that Vegapunk was talking about last episode was about Stussy. That part was at the beginning of the Chapter in Manga and ended with Stussy Reveal. This was TOEI dragging the episode as usual.
Going with Heatah's theory, if Miss Buckin really is Stussy, I can understand why and how Whitebeard fathered Weevil. Pops was surrounded by baddies since his Rocks days and there's another baddie in there aside from Linlin and Stussy who's currently manga only.
This makes me wonder if Whitebeard Jr. is an unsuccessful clone of Whitebeard
My longstanding theory since whole cake has been that Weevil is a failed whitebeard clone
