I did not expect to get one right off the bat~ #5 I sincerely genuinely 100% believed this would be Urusei Yatsura. I will never learn this will I...~? #6 Oh. Did not quite expect this to be the first one from a show I actually watched...~ I kinda expected it to be Bokura no, y'know? Around here I decided to check roughly what order the shows I know would show up in. The next one (possibly ignoring Bokura no), if it shows up, was my favourite anime of the year back when I had only seen about three such shows. #9 Okay Technoroid will not show up because this apparently came out afterwards. Sorry fsr YT flagged this comment, and I only check it once per two week, I apologize. #5 I can see the resemblance in how the two songs sound.... #6 all the clips I've seen looked meh, but a friend who watched it said it was an okay show #11 yeah Angela has a unique voice, and this anime is just something that has a zero impression spell on it, what makes everyone forgetting it immediately after the OP is over #13 well it is in my top 2 arc, characterwork was great, especially after the 12ep long battle 'arc' what felt really boring for me, not sure if it edges out the Olimpics arc since I only saw it back when it came out, if I ever rewatch the entire show, I could decide then. #14 the only thing I heard that apparently the game it is based on is bad (but mostly for gameplay elements and not story, so...) #20 I have the opposite problem... December was deliberately heavy with recent shows (although because of my mistake it's going to bleed out to January with the PR redo) but also because of this I deliberately run the letter quiz parallelly, so people who not that familiar with recent shows can always resort back to the letter quizzes since they are indiscriminate about starting date (and only about starting letter :P )
Tbh I became really familiar with recent songs, just because the PRs (Jin's and mine) and especially after this december with 3 videos featuring 2023 OPs
