Great video. It’s a bummer I can’t usually join live being at work, but I watch later. So there seems to be to main struggles currently for me. 1. The too-common lack of time for creating and finishing an appropriate number of tracks to get traction in this. Fortunately, that’s a calendar thing. 2. As you may recall me mentioning, my overall finished sound has been problematic for me, which tells me if it’s unsatisfactory for me, then no way it’s good for library ears. It’s a serious lack of knowledge in plugins, getting away from the preset sound, and achieving the full, big, professional sounding finished product. Not sure if it’s the right thing to do, but I’ve kind of halted reaching out to libraries until I feel the sound is more ready. I submitted my first track to a pro in Pro Feedback, so we’ll see what comes up with that.
To start out with, 3-5 solid cues to get the attention of a Library. Some might be better served if you come with a full 10-12 track album ready to go.
Thank you so much, Jesse! :) 😀
Did 20 minutes of music inc the theme for a cable tv show in 2023, aired in 50+ countries. So far only made $700usd in royalties. Own pub and writers
It takes a full year to start seeing royalties from the airing of your placements so I would imagine you have a lot more coming. What show was it?
@@SyncMyMusic I'll email you if I can?would love to hear your perspective.

Try oeksound's Bloom, it's been a game changer for me in regards to mixing
@@JureJerebic Thanks! Will check that out. The amount of these out there can be overwhelming.
How many tracks should you put out all up in music licensing?
