I tried to remove it and reinstall but couldnt find the virtual usb port while selecting the port. Earlier it used to come as shown in your video. check your USB cable is attached to printer to PC if your USB in good condition Than select the port usb port or DOT4_001 (HP Print Device) i hope its work for you
