45 :40 if iron is not coming in blood due to blockage of FP so how ferretin will be more ? Because it is further not forming bcz of no entry of iron , ferretin is only present that amount which is present previously to disease

Ferritin is the stored form of iron in liver right, if there is less iron in blood, ferritin will be released from the liver. So serum ferritin will be high.. correct me if I am wrong

Here the iron is passing through FP there's no hepcidin enzyme blocking it this time,so iron is passing and storing up in liver.
