I agree with a few people on here. In the lifetime of my party days in my 20s and especially going to adult parties, no one has ever taken my phone out of my pocket nor have I ever put my phone down with random people. Then on top of that he hid the fact that he even went to a party. He also knows about the picture and didn't delete it. So why weren't these questions asked?
He sounds like an overall nice guy, however, he knew exactly what photo she was taking about and he chose to keep it. That caught my attention instantly 🤔

You don’t need a password to take a picture though. The girl probably took his phone and just took a picture.

The pw was for his email not his phone. His phone may not lock or may not lock until after 10 minutes or so and she could have grabbed it then.
