Hey, thanks a lot! We try to keep it as smooth as possible. Requires using the gimbal "ninja walk." It's a lot of work especially in a house of this size.
The house has a trick up its sleeve. The house sits on a semi finished basement so any water would only hit that level. If it goes higher you have real problems.

The whole area has security. You can’t even get into the neighborhood without meeting guard gated security in the first place. The whole neighborhood is guarded off. As far as the boats go idk, but I know you can’t just drive in there without someone confronting you.
It's a gated neighborhood so they at least are tracking all the cars that go in and out. Getting their by boat is a different thing. The owner has cameras all around this place.
