It is 7 years since I discovered Veela and it is almost 7 years since I lost a friend, not in the physical sense but the philosophical sense. Now I find myself in similar waters as the tides of history repeat with a new friend and again I find a Veela video wherein the lyrics speak straight to my heart. It saddens and both enboldens me at a time where I could easily let myself fall into the same downward spiral that nearly killed me all those years ago. But that was before the counselling and I won't let the lessons of 4 years group therapy be forgotten. What does not kill us makes us stronger and without the bad there is no context for the good. Merry Chirstmas everyone. Even those I find myself on the wrong side of the tide of.

Like an inverted tornado, starts broad but twists and turns you to a beautiful peak at the end of the song. And then that spacial rift once again.
