Endgame is absolutely brutal in this game. One option is to prepare the rescue skip; but this requires proper planning throughout the run & Azura being alive. The other is to grab the Silence staff from chapter 25, prepare a strong team, with multiple staff users & including a Shurikenbreaker unit, and rush the boss. This approach is doable especially with some deaths, but you have to move FAST. Take the enfeeble maids down on turn 1 (shelter sing) or 2 max & always keep moving. This is the approach I went with for my lunatic no DLC ironman and it was absolutely exhilarating. Best of luck!

If you have Azura alive and if the 2 rescue staves you get have uses left and you have someone that can 1 round Takumi you can 2 turn the map
