    Gents,
    THIS IS 4m41 3.2L diesel engine, this
    was my very first setup with upstep turbo package 1. Dyno at 250hp at this point.
    To this date i have 312Hp and 661nm of torque, in the next few days i will be dynoing to expect up to 350hp and well over 700nm of torque.
    the engine check light is on, because on the first setup being the worlds first to take it up to this stage, i had to deal with the overboost engine check light.
    NOW i have that ALL SOLVED NO ENGINE CHECK LIGHT AT ALL>! :)

    With all the modifications how much lt/100km or mpg are you getting out of the L200?

    Hey mate,
    the reason why the speed dropped is simply because i released the throttle,
    you can easily see that from the fact the rpms also dropped. if it was in the air, their is 0 resistance and the speed wont drop for a long time unless you hit the brakes, and that would be very noticeable.

    0-190, sorry i started of late, and chopped the accelerator in the last gear (lost boost pressure)-thus top end is slower than norm.

    Where do you live in Thailand? I have "family" In Korat.. My wife's family.. But we live in Perth Aus now... I guess Thailand is the place to get modifications for Tritons as I dont see anything here in Australia.. Seeing that they are made in Thailand...

    @19evo89 as long as your pajero is already crdi but i think 3.8l v6 is gasoline it has a faster rpm than desiel engine and your engine size is monster

      No! 4D56, can handle close to 380hp

    i have a pajero 3.2 did 4m41 engine 2001 year auto transmission! the only modification that i have is a speed box performance chip. i want to go about 300 hp and also 650 nm torque!! what i need to do and also my engine will working safe?? thanks!!

      Change the turbo, injector caps, ecu tuning (speed box wont do it) and also fit an external ATF cooler with racing grade ATF

    3.2 bro, and i live in thailand, though im not Thai. anyways my triton is alot faster now, im boosting about 5more psi :)

      Internal modification, not necessary.
      ECU tune, up the boost is enough

      Hey Mate, not sure if your still checking this thread, but I was wondering once you initially upgraded to 'stage 1' (250hp), did you need to mod the stock tranny anywhere? I'm trying to find out how much torque/NM the 2008 stock auto box can handle.

      @@jabonetwohook4964 in good condition roughly 650-700nm. I highly recommend that you add an external ATF cooler and use a superior ATF fluid. You can even consider john deere hydrostatic fluid type. This will avoid slipping.

      @@philipm6666 Thanks Mate, I'll definitely be getting an external cooler, as it's gonna be running on the sand alot of the time.
      Do you think an engine reco, forged internals, larger turbo/intercooler + the chip (dyno tuned) would suffice? Roughly 550-600 Nm would be great, if that's possible with those mods

      @@jabonetwohook4964 generally i will say there is no need for any internal work needed. However if you can port the head that will be surely better.
      U can easily make well over 350hp 700nm on the stock components of the motor.
      Turbo upgrade would be ideal, but racks the cost up. If you want to push more than 350-400hp you will need injector upgrades.
      Why dont you trust a proper chip tuning (ecushop) on all stock components you will gain roughly 60-85hp with insane response.
      Either way if you a driving on sand, it puts an enermous amount of stress on the transmission and drive train components.
      It may be difficult to keep the turbo from surviving long, so that is when i would recommend either (td04l, td05h, ihi rhf55) turbochargers the td04l is a small step upgrade but still capable of around 320hp 700nm.

      @@philipm6666 Unreal Mate, I really appreciate the feedback, you've been a huge help.
      After some thought and considering your advise, I'd like to make 600-650nm roughly 350hp (just to be safe)
      So I'm looking to book in:
      -Engine recondition (its done 270k)
      -Fuel injectors (stage 1)
      - Transmission recondition
      - External ATF cooler
      - ERG block (recently had it fully cleared out)
      - Turbo (either the TD04L or TD05H, whichever suits and make the power/torque comfortably)
      - Intercooler (plazmaman brand or another recommendation that suits)
      - Catch can
      - ECU Tune, if the factory ECU can make the numbers then I have absolutely no reason to buy a piggyback
      I can't for the moment think of anything else I may need. Hopefully does the trick and gives me little to no issues
